I was in today to find a bike for my kiddo, and I got the best help from Nikki. There were two other girls too, and they were so honest and helpful. I ended up buying two bikes that were perfect fits for what we needed. I love the no pressure atmosphere and helpful nature your group provides! Thank you Nikki! You are are a great asset to the team!! You guys will be my first stop next time I need anything!!!

Cool place. My fiancé spends a lot of time and money there. I've gone in a few times. Chris and the crew are pretty cool. That being said, I am only writing this review so they get free lunch. I typically only write reviews when I want to not when I get begged to.

Hello All! I was at the Pawn American in Mankato MN, Eva was my sales rep! Rep 100471! I must say, Eva is FANTASTIC!!! I was all prepared to go to Best Buy but chose to go to Pawn American first!!! It was busy but Eva greeted me when I walked in the door, I mean immediately!! Within 60 seconds we were at the counter and diagnosed the problem! I was so thankful I went to PA before BB!! Eva was fantastic, bubbly, bouncy, full of knowledge and resolved my issue within minutes!!! Being of the older generation Customer Service is hard to find, keep this gal, she is fantastic!! THANKS EVA!! If I could give you 1000 plus stars, I would!!!

Great place to find well priced new and used items. plenty of nice guitars and pool queues. Even they have some expensive used tools like jack hammers. Picked up a scan tool 2,000 less than new price. I remember Nikki and Chris helped me and were very helpful.

Everytime I go in that Store the Salesman Larry and Chris the general manager Acknowledge and address me by name . The Sales Associates now even know me and the Professionalism is off the Charts. They have awesome jewerly and accessorys so if you love Gold like I do Pawn America in Mankato is the best place to go Period !

pawn america in mankato is my all time favorite place to get stuff i need at a less than new price .the shelves are always full with a good selection of tools,electronics,jewelry, and sporting goting money back.they sods etc.all of the men and all of the women who work there are friendly and helpful.My favorite sales woman is Eva.i also use the store to borrow money when i need to and i have no complaints overall except they should have a restroom for customers.

Larry was able to help me and my gf out tremendously when we needed it big time and I just want to say THANK YOU for everything !!!

I have been shopping this PA for quite some time now. I stop in quite a bit but recently haven’t been in much because each time I visit it seemed to be the same things and pretty disorganized. The content was okay it was just difficult to shop and see any new stuff. I stopped in for the first time in two months or so today and I have to say it’s the best I’ve EVER seen this store look. Everything was organized and easy to view and to top it off it was easy to find the prices as well. I dealt with two gals today and they were beyond helpful and very easy to talk to. While I was browsing they were helping other people in the store and actually working where as in the past I have seen the same guy regularly just stand around. They kept checking in to make sure that I was doing good and were very helpful with the questions I had. I’ll be stopping regularly again. I look forward to supporting this business more again. Whatever you are doing, keep doing it. The results are evident!
