Wells Fargo Bank San Mateo Blvd, Albuquerque

Ok for a bank. They charge a fee to cash checks drawn on this bank if you don't have an account. The whole thing sounds fishy especially since your only interested in my info.

Nothing but illegal banking practices keep getting exposed by the US. My lawyer said this is the worst banking company in the USA and have many business practices that no other bank does that helps them make money while screwing over the customer. -try actually calling, you will hear the phone ring 20-30 times then it switches to the automated system. Even the customer service agent couldn't get anyone to answer the phone for 20 min. while trying 3 different Wells Fargo branches at the same time. -credit card? Literally every single other card I've looked at has way less interest, like less than 1/2 what Wells Fargo charges. -closed an account 5 months ago, wait their is still money in it?! Can't get cash in a branch, have to wait 2 weeks for a check in the mail! They said they wait 3 months without notification unless there is absolutely no activity in the account! Better double check your old accounts.

Wells Fargo bank is an excellent bank, save the minimum savings account HAS TO BE 300$. Other banks have a 100$ minimum balance for a savings account. The staff and tellers are friendly and remember customers well.

This bank fraudulently gave my account number to another individual to change my direct deposit through auto enrollment for another wells fargo account they deny it but the department of treasury is taking over this mess and there will be criminal charges! Two months without income and they have the nerve to ask me to leave there bank when I demanded my money back!

The drive thru lanes are terribly slow. They don’t let you go inside but the apparently don’t staff the drive thru to compensate. Invest your money elsewhere.

Originally decided to join Wells Fargo because of the convenience to my work and to my home. Most of the services I use is the ATM. However the ATM seems to be down a good part of the time at different locations. It’s like a crapshoot to see if the ATM is going to be open at the location you decide to use. I am I paying all these fees for if not for service? It’s getting to the point where I’m getting ready to switch to a bank that might be a little bit further but more reliable. Get it together Wells Fargo.

I had just signed up with Wells Fargo, Melissa was the lady that took care of me and she was the sweetest and most kind person, she even took the time to get my kids paper and crayons, she talked to them also, she was just amazing. If you go here ask for Melissa you won't regret it.

This bank has always been good to me . Always kept my cash safe and one time a ex Best Friend took everything I had. And Wells Fargo took care of it and replaced it. Thanks. WF

Very rude place to do business with anymore, do get tired of being turned away and told to go elsewhere here at this location when I’m in a hurry. The drive through lane has one person working& has really gone down in business.

Had the worst customer service rep couldn't transfer money from one account to another which I've done for years..every month ....than I was told i would have to come back tomorrow to try it again...NO I WILL not come back to this location... oh to add on my way out the customer service rep In lobby gave this fake smile and ask was everything ok I explained what happened and that it's never happened before she said oh I'm sorry with another fake smile ..seriously ☹😫😖 dont want the bad energy..
