Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) Lomas Blvd, Albuquerque

So slow, only one teller available for a very long line of people. Went to the drive through and still had to wait for the one teller to be able to help

Slowest bank I have ever been at and couldn't use ATM because I was withdrawing more money than the ATM would allow

This branch originally had 2 drive up windows. They sealed one up. The service is extremely slow and usually only one person is working the front counter and the drive up window at the same time it seems. Then to top it off they move slower than a herd of turtles when they do finally get around to waiting on you. This is not the only location in town that is slow. Uptown is just as bad if not worse. I don't even bank here personally, just for business purposes. Which is even more infuriating, because I have work to get done and instead I am sitting in my car roasting waiting to be waited on by these sloths! Make sure to bring a bottle of water with you, the wait is that long, and on a hot summer day you will parched by the time you are driving away. Hire more people B of A, geez you are a bank, you have the money!

Always had a great fast experience but they’ve been closed for a few weeks

This branch is terrible. The employee’s are unfriendly and not helpful, and move at the pace of an iceberg. I wish I could give negative stars. Seriously, they make Wells Fargo look good! I would recommend using a credit union where you are not just another line item on their balance sheet.

I am in total disbelief. I was in line at the drive-thru before 4:00PM, closing time, waiting patiently and when I drove up they just walked away. Good thing they don't do that at the grocery store.!!!! Or any other businesses!!! If you're there before closing, you get taken care of.

They make banking easy. Once they get to know you you are treated like family. You are always treated with respect and dignity. Their focus is to help the customers. They are patient, ready to listen and provide solutions. It is a great place to bank.

Worst service in Albuquerque for Bank of Americas. Everytime I come to this one. This time 30 min with 2 ladies just setting there. Last time every for this one. If I just went arcoss town I would of been done faster then the wait here.

All went smoothly. Was able to book appointment online. Amber called to confirm and was ready at the time I came in. She was able to do the few complicated things I had efficiently and effectively. A good experience with this branch.
