Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Central Ave, Albuquerque

The several hundreds in fees due to the wrong account type have been enjoyed so much. Even when the bank knows about the mistake by their employee they still refuse to work with me on it. Also can't forget the lovely "you don't need to come in the branch for this you can use the atm." During every visit in. I want my money in my account the day it's deposited not 2-3 days later.

I opened a new account today. The officer who helped me was very friendly and efficient. We've been banking at this branch for many years.

Never have I experienced any thing as more absurd as the fact that someone else had a third party get their check cashed by their parents. I hope they step up with new employees and get rid of the unhelpful staff that is present now. We are not in a ressesion to be experiencing delays or cut backs. If bank of America at this location gains more helpful and useful employees great but from now on I don't ever want to bank with this place ever again. It's not worth my time or anyone elses to be wasting.

Husband's wallet was stolen. We both went into this location. Gentleman by the door was knowledgeable of what we needed. Once we went to his manager, it was a different story. She would not help only if he had ID, but I had my ID&bank card. Frustrate ensued. No alert on our account, no suspension, she said come back when fraud had occurred. I said we're trying to prevent fraud. As we were leaving with no resolve, I heard her yelling 'and don't come back here'. Another lady mocking said, 'have a good day. It's Friday!' Louisiana branches 10x better. Victor Montoya loved up to his title Relationship Manager

Not friendly. When there is an issue the old man security guard laughs at you. Very unprofessional. Long wait times

Very helpful and great service. I was greeted at the door and helpfully guided to my direction of services needed. Courtesy for sure was given and support from the time I entered the building to leaving the bank. Keep it up! Very much appreciated. Compared to other branches I've gone too. I give this branch 10 stars

I recently came here to open an account and Pilar’s customer service was amazing. Had conversations with us the whole time and made my mom and I feel welcome, the process was done quick with no haste and even took the time to inform my mom extra on a credit card she has been looking into.

I don't know why people are complaining. I come here often and it has a working ATM with a security guard standing not far away. Inside the bank it's very clean, all the employees seem nice and greet you with a smile, and when I'm there everything seems fast paced with quality work. So no complaints from me :) 5/5

This location disappointed me so much that I am switching banks. Not only did I stand in line waiting for one of the 2 teller for about 40 minutes (while 2 other employees were advising people on there situation mind you they led me incorrectly) I was told I would have to wait for a banker to assist me. Only one woman was before me (she was already waiting an hour and a half because they did not have a bilingual available to assist her) and told me it’ll take max 15 minutes. After 45 minutes a woman walked in and was seated with a banker almost instantly. When I asked they told me she already had an appointment waiting, this was so upsetting and I feel discriminated against because I am Hispanic and was forced to wait while they give privilege to others. I went to the Walmart money center after, they had 3 employees working and still managed to go faster than this Bank of America with far more people waiting. SAD.
