Wells Fargo, what is the purpose of having an employee just greet customers to tell them it will be a moment when the same employee could be behind a vacant computer helping the customer waiting? I’m so confused? Friendly staff, just curious why every Wells Fargo does this now while lines build up and there are vacant computers.

Very good people they're very helpful inpatient good job

The staff was unhelpful. They had one person helping everyone in line and three people just sitting there. When asked why they weren't helping they just gave blank looks. Needless to say will not be back to this location.

I came in to do a few transactions when the teller named Kristel just came off extremely rude... she is the reason I will ko longer bank with Wells Fargo
