My husband and I are extremely blessed to have been given the opportunity to work with Platinum Home Mortgage! Grace and Rosha worked day in and day out on helping us through the entire process from start to finish. We were in constant communication throughout the process, we were walked through every step, if there was ever a time I needed clarification Grace was always there to answer and clarify things promptly! I can say this was quite an experience and Platinum Home Mortgage made it an awesome adventure. We had some setbacks and some leap forwards but all in all we knew we were well taken cared of and felt like we were priority! We can’t thank this company enough! They worked diligently to ensure we would complete the process of getting our loan approved and get us into the home we chose! I highly recommend them for their hard work, drive, and professionalism. It’s been a process but with their hard work and dedication we SIGNED, RECORDED, and will soon be moving into our OWN place where we can grow as a newly married couple and make memories in our own home! As a first time home buyer, the people at Platinum Home Mortgage, were very helpful and patient and answered all of the questions I had regarding the loan process. During my home buying experience, I mainly worked with Grace Davis , who was awesome from the pre-approval stage through the closing stage. She answered all of my questions and I had plenty of them, considering all of this was new to me. She even hopped on a call with me during off hours to make sure my questions were answered in a timely manner, so that I could meet the necessary deadlines. I would definitely recommend working with Platinum Home Mortgage because everyone I worked with was understanding and worked with me rather than just pushing papers, and made sure to communicate with me at all times versus just when information was needed. They definitely made this process a lot easier to understand.

We worked with Grace and her team to help my sister purchase her first home. We had spoken to two other mortgage lenders (WF and Citi) but WF was very quick to dismiss us and Citi was not well versed with the Lift grant that my sister received. Ultimately, we started an application with PHMC online and was immediately contacted by Grace and her team. They were always available, even if not immediately, to all of our calls and back and for emails. They were transparent about the whole process and fees. This was my sister's first purchase so everything was very new to us but Grace walked us through all the questions we had. What we appreciated the most was the different scenarios and estimates that Grace gave us. We felt our options were limited, but Grace opened up whole new possibilities for us. We just closed (in a very timely manner < 30 days) and my sister is officially a homeowner! Couldn't be happier!

My deal took 8 months to close as I purchased a home on short sale and throughout the whole experience, Grace and the team at Platinum Home Mortgage were on top of everything and were pushing to get to the finish line.
