I’ve written my share of negative reviews about other Wells Fargo branch locations, but I have to say, this one was wonderful today. I just realized now, that I had my appointment scheduled incorrectly on my end and we showed up today and they took us anyway. They also had an “employee only” restroom but let my elderly father use it. Just very nice folks all around, and let me say, this has not been my experience with most WF branch locations. So, I wanted to make sure they know how much I appreciated them!

Branch was closed at 3pm on a Tuesday when sign stated open until 5pm. Thanks! Time is hard enough to come by the way it is.

Hours are wrong, they close at 3pm , they NEED to make this known, with the price of gas continuing to go up ,

Cassie was super helpful today. I had opened an account online and that was time wasted. Once I walked in and got sent her way, Cassie had truly made my checking experience simple and easy and was able to overcome any and every issue i caused by applying online. I just wanted to say thanks!

Seriously the worst place to go. Not only is wells Fargo in general a terrible bank with so many outrageous fees, they hold your money hostage, they don’t let you access your money. Then we have been trying to close our account for weeks and they continue to give Us the run around making it seem literally impossible for us to get the account closed. On top of that the girls who work at the counter are rude, snotty, and vindictive. Overall they don’t even deserve one star. I seriously hope they go out of business. 💯

Kristina was fantastic! Helped my son set up his first checking account and debit card. Took her time and thoroughly went through all of the features and benefits of his new account and really made him feel important. This was a big day for him and her great customer service even better. I have had many interactions with this branch and they have always been top notch! Way better customer service than the credit union in town.

I know there was a nation wide scandal regarding Wells Fargo screwing over it's customers years back already, guess I got lucky, didn't get to be a "chosen" one to be screwed over. I started initially with Norwest before WF took them over and WF has had the best customer service a person can ask for. Fraudulent activity happened to me on at least 3 occasions, it gets taken care of in an extremely quick and efficient manner. Makes me wonder though, if other banks people would run into those kinds of problems that often! This particular location though has nothing but helpful staff and friendly good customer service. Some of the other reviews complain about stuff that I have no ability to comment on simply because I've been with WF my entire life and haven't had some of the "teething" problems others seem to have starting out.

My husband had scheduled a meeting to set up a business account at the Cambridge MN branch and when he got there for that scheduled appointment he was told that his name was not on the schedule. He showed them the times of the calls/conversations he had on his cell to verify that he actually did make the appointment. He asked if he could still get in and was told no because they were booked solid for the rest of the day. This appointment was essential for another business venture...now lost because of deadlines. He received no apologies and the sad part was no one really cared! He will be closing all of his accounts...I believe it was Julie that scheduled his appointment.

Ridiculous. A payroll check issued from one of their account holders, required two forms of ID, I had driver's license for 1, and tons of other stuff for the other, but they would have accepted a library card, but not my certified birth certificate. Makes sense. Not the employees fault, it's the banks nonsensical policies, my ex banked there, nothing but problems. So I went to a competitor, used my DL and birth certificate as two forms of ID to open an account.
