Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union 2nd Ave, Cambridge

Last month affinity plus saved my butt big time on loans for my ice castle and they even saved me on my truck payments with a re refinance. I was with spire credit union and with in a month spire wanted 15% interest. So I just happen to call affinity before I was going to have to sign my life away to spire. they only wanted 6 percent interest. I was very happy to hear that and then I changed every thing to affinty and dropped spire because I see who's really watching out for there customers now. Thanks affinity plus for all ways helping me out.

I never, ever write reviews, but this bank deserves one. After going through a divorce and trying to get my car into my name, Kay went above and beyond to make this happen. I had a tricky situation with my car being titled in another state as well as an ex that resides in another state, and she figured out the best route to take. I had been denied a loan from 2 other banks, and I was approved right away with Affinity. Best customer service and best bank I've ever dealt with!

Service is great! I am disappointed though that you are not open Saturday mornings. As a medical professional, it is hard to get to you during the week (maybe just a couple of branches could be open Saturdays and the staffing could be shared throughout the credit union staff?)

Everyone working at the credit union was super helpful and very fun to chat with. I went in to get a loan on a car and I was racked with anxiety because I had never made such a big purchase before. Not only were they patient with me, but they also gave me such good advice that I left with my anxiety almost completely gone because they helped me figure out if this is the right car for me. They went above and beyond what I expected and I plan to do more business with them because I walked out of that building with a smile on my face.

Been with affinity for 5 years and have been nothing short of pleased. Amazing staff and great service. I have had 2 auto loans through them and they have been great. Absolutely recommend them to all my friends.

The customer service needs some work. Especially the cambridge branch. Called to make an appointment with financial advisor, which I know is there Wednesdays. She couldn't tell me if he was, took down my info including phone number. Proceeded to tell me that someone would call me back with the info I needed. I jave been waiting a week and still no phone call back. Another issue I have is customer service in teller lines. You have many members, have more than two tellers at a time. Or two up front and one working the drive thru. Ridiculous. I am really close to closing my accounts and picking a different bank.

I have made 3 loan purchases in the last 3 years and I am extremely happy how easy the process is. The last one was for a truck. After I contacted Affinity, I had a check in hand in an hour. It was so simple. Talking to dealership they also complimented affinity on the ease of dealing with them!

Wow! Thank you Affinity for treating me like a real person! Thanks to Leanne and her great help & getting me set up as a new customer. I wasn't aware of what I was missing as far a servicing & care, until coming here! I was filled in on information my other bank had not taken time to fill me in on. I am so thankful to have stepped into the doors of this provider! Looking at switching fully to this company. Thanks again Leanne for taking great care of me & making me feel that I am not just a number but part of a caring family.👍

We have been with this bank for 20+ years. They helped us when my work place went bankrupt and bounced my pay check. They had our back. No fees... They gave us advice on how to proceed in legal action to get my pay check. I could give many other great examples. Love our Bank!

This bank really knows how to treat their customers!! Everyone is sweet, friendly and truly cares about you as an individual!! They are always smiling and ready to help in any way they can!! They are awesome!! It was a blessing to find them!!
