The manger has poor customer service. He never helps only makes things worse. I moved to kingwood 8 years ago, and have never been treated right. As a Bussiness owner relationship matters. The branch in Channelview always helped me and made me feel like family. Shame on you sir.

We thought we would not return to this location due to unprofessional service we experienced years ago, but we made an appointment online and met with Juan. He was awesome!! He was professional and friendly and took extra steps to make sure our account was set up to meet our needs. Go see Juan at the Kings Crossing location!

The bank is closed inside. That is understandable. Waited in the drive thru for 20+ minutes to get change (singles and 5's). After a frustratingly unnecessary wait, when I finally got to the window, i gave the teller cash and she disappeared for 2 minutes. Seriously? How do the tellers not have a till to make change in a bank? They need to do better for their customers and value their time. This location does Wells Fargo a disservice to their name and reputation. I spoke to Paula on the phone while I was in line waiting and she was no help =(

Worst bank ever. How do you disclose private information without permission? Juan needs to work somewhere else, because he obviously doesn't understand clients and their privacy. I will talk about this matter with my lawyer and pursue legal action for the huge issues the incompetence of this individual has created me. I'm so furious. This is ridiculous.

All we needed was a bank statement. Apparently walk-ins are not welcome. Nowhere on the website it says you need an appointment. If you call the location they would not answer. Even that would be fine if their automated answering system would mention appointment requirements and provide instructions and directions to the website. But that's too much to ask for and you must smell out their policy changes on your own or in other words you should know Wells Fargo internal rules and policies better then they do!

This review is NOT about the staff. They are friendly and hardworking. The review is about a lack of staff. I get that the trend is towards online banking, but there is still a significant need for "lobby" service. Wells Fargo simply refuses to give customers good service in this area. One desk attendant and a lobby full of people needing service is terrible service.

I chose Wells Fargo because of their account options, I was a little weary about the reviews that I had seen on here including Tracy (which fyi if anyone is wondering, no longer works here) I was greeted by Juan, who was very kind to me, and made sure to keep conversation going. The environment was overall welcoming and kind. In my personal experience I am happy I chose to bank with them. I was so happy that I figured I would write a review to counter all the negative ones (especially about Tracy, im sure she was horrible)

Out of all the wells Fargo I've gone too, this location has been the best location I've ever been too. Especially a young man named victor that served in the military, and speaks perfectly good English. I wait to be helped by this young man because of his customer service is exceptional! This young man goes above and beyond for his customer. Thank you sir, for you service to this nation and your customer service that you bring to Wells Fargo!
