    Taneria (hope I spelled it correctly!), Gigi, and Erica are phenomenal ladies. After dealing with multiple branches, and being just over all frustrated and emotionally drained, these ladies made my day so much better. Taneria was SO kind and immediately willing to do everything she could to help. It was tough trying to close my late father's account, but all of you made the process so much easier.

    I have waited in line from 11:15 am just made it to send my deposit still waiting in line. One lane open 12:05 ohmy gosh!!!!

    Besides them taking forever other cars were coming and going and they were being rude and sarcastic. I was only here to make a payment for my mom thank goodness I don’t bank here.

    Terrible customer service. We came in wanting to open and account and were met with someone who did not want to be there.

    I give this location 5 star the service is great! Team is great they work great and has great customer service! The fact that people are saying worst customer service blows my mind! And for the people saying worst customer service because you didn’t get what you want are probably the people that have a few dollars in their acct and are trying to cash large checks! Ummm no that’s not how banking works don’t t get mad and become a Karen or a Ken because you didn’t have it your way! You can always sit down with a Banker and they can show you how to control your finances! As for those saying that the outside ATMs never work well that’s not the bank’s responsibility those ATMs are not serviced by the Bank they are serviced by vendors NOT bank employees! But they do have ATMs inside two to be exact that they do service and do have money that you can use if you want to park get out your car walk a few steps and USE the ATMs inside! Been with this bank Since it was First Union Bank, Wachovia and now Wells Fargo! This is my primary bank don’t see the need to move. People just need to calm down and take a deep breath we’re in a pandemic all worker everywhere are doing the best they can show a little sympathy!

    I opened an account 2 months ago. I was told that I needed to send in verification documents. I did. My card was cut off 4 days ago and it was stated that I reported it stolen (I did not). I’m waiting for replacement card and today (4 days later) my account is closed. I called and was told it was because I didn’t send verification documents which is not true. I escalated it and I was able to solve the issue. I would rate the case management department 5/5 stars but this location 0 stars!!!! My account was closed in error. I’m very disappointed in this Wells Fargo location and will not return.

    The worst service lobby still not open shame on who’s manager on that location I really recommend the one on bellaire and rice Please manager front Sheldon don’t waste your time on said sorry Just open the lobby and stop save labor for not open
