Wells Fargo Bank Sun City Blvd, Sun City

They say there open until 5pm Monday thru Friday but they are not. Apparently they close early when they want. I just drove over here from the other side of town in my truck only getting maybe 10 miles to a gallon and gas prices over $6 a gallon. When I arrived at 10 min till 5 pm they had the doors locked and wouldn’t acknowledge me. So not only wasted my time and gas money they also now cost me a lot more then that because I went there to pay a bill before todays deadline . Thanks alot Wells Fargo! Maybe after 25 years banking with you I need to go somewhere else.

They say open until 5:00 but when we went it says temporarity closed. I may change banks after 35 years with Wells Fargo! Don't close banks in an elderly community!

there are 3 Wells Fargo banks within 5 miles of my office .Sun City branch is the furthest ,yet i find myself going to that one due to the customer service . i needed to wire money today cut off was 2 pm and I walk in at 1:12 . was told i needed an appointment for wire transfers, Bur when Margarita Alzona saw it was more than i could do online myself she made herself available. her and those around her have always been kind and conscious of customer service and for that i thank who ever trans and hires

Like with majority of all banks you gotta be watching daily what goes on in your bank account. If something’s not right call immediately. My wife had trouble upbeat with her pin codes never working correctly. But she was a victim of massive data breaches and consumer fraud and it included things happening in her Wells Fargo account too. They charge you for everything even when you have just deposited 80k into the. Bank. They could do better! The ATM MACHINE there @ that branch makes me nervous. Don’t like it. All in all the managers who’ve been there forever are doing a good job in a very competitive business. .

The parking lot is terrible most times it's chaos to park just to use ATM. Friendly staff but getting through the lot to park and then leave. Your lucky if you don't get dent on your and are scratch free.

Quick ATM stop: plenty of parking available; both ATM's were clean and functioned well. Line was short.

Worse Wells Fargo ever They are always short staffed no matter what day or time of the day! Horrible management this branch needs help

I love this bank! The tellers are very helpful and friendly. They always make you feel welcomed. Had a problem a while back and it was solved by a staff representative in a very professional way. I was so thankful! I highly recommend Wells Fargo for your banking needs

Gigi is the best employee at this spot in Sun City. She was able to "LISTEN" to my concerns and made it easy to get new accounts setup and kept me calm. Miriam also gave me really good lucky vibes that were spread around town. Much love fam!

I agree with recent review of customer no-service by this branch. I contacted corporate and seemed to get help and reassurance. Was told branch manager would call. No call by anyone. Problem not resolved. Am closing account soonest. Please rest assured this was not only issue with this branch.
