Used to have fantastic experience with Wells for years, but the past year service has gone down. Understaffed due to the pandemic.

Incompetent bankers - went in on a Saturday to submit a tax form.....had to wait for 30 mins to do a 2 min transaction. The banker conveyed he will get it submitted on Monday and call me to confirm, once submitted- more than a week with no confirmation. Called the customer service desk 1.5 weeks later and they conveyed they did not receive the tax forms

They are so nice they told me us if we wanted lollipops and water i love it

Usually I do my business with Carolyn who is excellent. She was busy yesterday and I had to see Jason. He did not make me feel as a welcome customer at all. He was constantly looking around at anyone coming in the door as if he as scoping everyone out. He gave very little direct attention to me personally. When he did he as argumentative. He didn't know how to put a bank account number in correctly and kept telling my my bank account number was wrong. After he removed the dashes, as any experienced bank official should know, it worked fine. When I mentioned having spoken to the branch manager by name and having pointed to her desk, he rude response was, "who her?, she's not the manager!" If I have to deal with him again instead of Carolyn I will bring my business elsewhere. The rest of the bank employees are excellent to work with. Thank you, Dr. Allen Lee

Horrible customer service. I wanted to open some accounts for my kids and we walked in and no one acknowledged us. So we sat down and waited for a rep. The reps walked by us multiple times and did not even acknowledge us. Most places would be we will be right with your something. Garbage place.
