Welcome Federal Credit Union Chapel Hill Rd, Morrisville

As a FedEx Employees Credit Union member needing to do some “in-person” interacting and discussing of accounts I looked to the chat/text service online through Welcome for some questions on whether or not they could assist me at their location closest to me. I was told to leave my name and phone number so that a representative would get back to me via text and I was impressed at the amount of time on a Friday afternoon it took for the associate to get back to me and give me ALL of the answers I needed to my many questions; especially because I am not a direct member of their credit union.

Very rude loan officer, there are so many good credit unions, why join one with bad customer service. Last thing you want to deal with during stressful times is someone with a bad attitude. I saw someone else complain about the same thing, you can tell by the half hearted thoughtless response from the team, they don't really care. I strongly urge you to try out any other credit union. This should be your last resort. Will be closing my account with them shortly.

I have been a customer of the credit union since the mid 1990's.I recently had to contact them via email about my HELOC. Loris Miles branch manager was rude when I asked a simple question about her email.

Great place to establish a credit line. Welcome Federal Credit Union has always helped when financing a vehicle. They also gave me the best rate that no other lender could bet with 500 miles. Looked for a Charger Hellcat for while over 6 months. They stood right by me and stayed with the exact same rate and months financed. I honestly would not go anywhere else to finance any big purchases now. They helped me establish good credit, while at the same time getting the car I wanted. I couldn't ask for a better credit union to deal with!!! Thanks Ms. Rhodes and Welcome Federal Credit in Mooresville NC 😁👏

Dianaa and Loris were very knowledgeable and helpful for helping me open an account and gave me clear instructions for mortgage and HELOC options. I have high regard for the team.

Like all banks and credit unions, they have issues, but I have been with Welcome for more than 5 years and I can tell you, they have the best auto loan rates. Every time I need one, I shop and I always find myself back at Welcome. I have other accounts with other financial institutions because they cannot do everything, but I am happy with what they do!

I was having a hard time finding a land only loan in NC, until I found Welcome Federal. I made one phone call to the Zebulon branch and found Gail Cone. Gail has been an absolute dream to work with! She answered every question, quick to respond, and has demonstrated the definition of outstanding customer service. Thank you, Gail & Welcome Federal.

I’ve been a member with Welcome Credit Union for many years and just recently when I would call up there, Louise from the Morrisville branch has been very rude with me when I had questions to ask about my account. The first time when she got rude with me, she apologizes and said because she was the only one working there, so I let it slide but this second time just did it for me. Bad customer service on her end and needs to be evaluated!

I'm shared credit union customer. Came here to do transactions, but was told I couldn't. Ask to speak manager, told no manager available. Don't recommend this unwelcoming credit union.

It was my first time shopping for an Auto Loan and Welcome CU was able to offer me a product no other bank or credit union could come close to. And beyond that Donna was very easy to work with and got me squared away quickly. I look forward to working with Welcome CU in the future!
