    I recently worked with Estella Shingelton and she was amazing! It isn't very often that you find someone that actually listens and cares about the customer the way Estella does, not only did she answer all my call, question and concerns she went above and beyond! I had an issue 2 weeks after the close of my loan and she helped get it all corrected and not once did I feel she was annoyed or put out during it all! Webster first is lucky to have such a wonderful employee .

    I worked with Thaneeya on an auto loan and she made the process seamless! She is communicative, timely, and explained each step of the way what we needed to do and answered any questions I had. We were able to get all of the paperwork completed and processed in 3 days - I will definitely use Webster First again!
