George is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. You can try to find a better mortgage broker, but good luck with that. He went the extra mile to balance our priorities on a refi and make sure we were comfortable with the outcome prior to closing. He is THE best around. So let me start by saying my wife and I didn’t plan on refinancing twice in a little over a year. But with rates continuing to drop we were able to drop our interest rate by over 1% and reduce our loan term from 30 years down to 20 years. All this while still paying close to the same monthly mortgage payment. When we refinanced last year we used Rick Moore at Zenith Mortgage and the experience was top notch. So when we decided to refinance again this year it was a no brainer, I immediately called Rick to start the process. He managed to make a smooth process even smoother!
