Highly recommend!!! Pam Beattie was awesome to work with. She was very personable and professional. What I liked most was that she didn't just throw papers at you and have you sign. She took the time to explain where everything was coming from, and what it is for. As a first time home buyer that was a huge relief. She always kept us informed and if I had a question she always got back to us quickly. Again I highly recommend Pam and her amazing team.

We would highly recommend using Linda Williamson and her team for a mortgage or refinance. This is a second time that we have used Linda The Lender. In 2018, Linda helped us work through a tricky loan situation where we had two houses on an existing loan, sold one, and had to refinance the other. She did a great job when all the other financial institutions we contacted could not or would not handle it. Still, she got us a great rate. It was an ARM with a five-year lock. As the ARM was close to being able to escalate our interest rate, we contacted Linda to help us refinance and get a fixed 30 year mortgage. She did just that. She got us a good rate. She did it in a very short timeframe (compared to other loan processes that we have gone through). Linda and her team were always friendly and pleasant to work with. Throughout the process she answered our questions, kept us informed, and we felt like we really mattered to her. Please give her a shot for your mortgage or refinance. We are confident you will be glad that you did.

Very professional. Above and beyond in service and speed (seriously, pre-approved and contacted me on a late Sunday night, so I could make my offer the following morning). Answered ALL my questions (and there were A LOT of them) in a polite, courteous, and prompt manner - never made me feel stupid for asking them.
