I have gone to this branch and it has been closed at least 5 times in the last two months! They do not update their website when they do close for the day, just a sign on the door that says “ under construction, sorry for any inconvenience.” The only reason I continue to go to this location is because it’s a shared branch and my credit union is out of state. While I was in the parking lot, there were several other customers going to the entrance only to read the same sign On the door on a Friday! PAYDAY . SO, if you use this bank, either cross your fingers they’re open or call their 1800 number to be placed on hold to find out if it’s open or not.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to temporarily close our Sun Valley branch last week for urgent building repair and maintenance. This is the 5th time I tried deposit at this locations ATM and once again unable to accept deposit. SO ANNOYING. At least I know that at the Northridge location THAT WONT HAPPEN.
