I came in happy a ready to do business. No one was inside & I was busy but happy to know I didn't have to wait in line.However I waited about 15min patiently & No help cuz Reyna cont to talk on the phone like she was at home. I ask what's going on & she just put her finger up & turned around behind the computer & continue talking,so rude I waited another 15-20min & just left without any help😡

The shampoo & vacuum mechins are defective and won't work (except from take your money off course), same for the fregnance mechins. Stole for me total of 10$. Haa, and off course there is no person to complain nor phone #. Talk to the walls... You won't see me there anymore. I'm doing mistakes only once.

I highly recommend this service to those that need it, they were not only willing but also successful with working out the best option for my very complicated financial situation. Don’t make the mistake I did with looking online at risky online lenders, The staff here worked with me and I received exactly the service I was looking for. I have been going to Speedy Cash in Reseda, CA and I'm very pleased with the service provided. The Manager is kind, accommodating and professional and the staff couldn't be nicer. Today I was taken care of by Maria and I can't say enough about her. She's fast and efficient and very warm and courteous. She pitched the services provided by Speedy Cash without being pushy and aggresive and I appreciated that very much! There are other Speedy Cash locations nearer to me in Studio City but I travel to the Reseda location to be taken care of by Maria and the rest of the warm, friendly staff who make me feel like my business is appreciated.
