I needed a loan on my PS4 for an emergency and I'm so glad I went to these guys!! The terms of the loan were more than fair, giving me 4 months to repay. In my home state of Colorado, all loans last only 30 days so this was a pleasant surprise for me!! I had great conversation with the cashier and it was truly a pleasure to do business with them. When I repay my loan, I'll probably end up shopping there too as I saw a good selection of stuff that I'm interested in! I won't hesitate to do business with these guys again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fair deal.

Today I was looking at buying a PS4 to get ready for E3 next year but I was really low on funds but low and behold I came to a pawn shop that helped me out to find what I needed in my price range as we as in my price I was helped by Marco who even let me try out the PS4 before I left showed me where a lose panel was as well I'm so happy that I came into this store today and after my experience I definitely will be going back there to do business.as often as I need. So if your looking for good prices, friendly service with people who actually care about there customers I would definitely recommend coming here.

I found a Great Bike here, The main boss/owner and offer up consultant (Marco) are very reasonable and will negotiate a fair deal for you! If you have had a sub par experience here, you probably spoke with the store manager. He is NOT the main owner and you should contact other members in the store if you are serious about your inquiry and the main boss, or Offer up consultant. I had a problem with the manager and ended up walking from a sale, The main boss went ahead and reached out to me to make the moment right and I was very thankful!

Coming from Dallas today I like pawn shops but my first time in that one was a disaster! The lock door is worthless like I get that California is kinda different! But overall that was the worst pawn shop I ever went to.

Cesar is the man! Cesar is one helpful guy and does not try to sale you things you don’t need. He is very knowledgeable about his products and loves to help his customers. Even tho it’s a pawnshop, the items they sale are not broken. Love how they back their products. From jewelry music instruments Vedic games and other electronics. Highly recommend.

Hey guys, I am jazzed. I had this pawnshop down the street from my house for years, and never used then until now. I stayed with another pawn shop in Panorama City. Turns out out "A Pawn Shop" has lower interest & competitive lending rates! Not to mention great customer service. You will appreciate Cesar!

Came in early on a sunday morning to get rid of some scrap gold. The night before I had gone to a few other places & was offered damn near nothing for the stuff. So happy I withheld the previous offers & waited til I came here cause they paid 4 times more than anyone else! Thank you guys!

I like the friendly and reliable customer service I can happily leave out off this pawn shop knowing I got a reasonable deal on my items. I have been a customer here for a few years now and I can say I'm highly satisfied. Even if I'm close to my maturity day I can call if I'm gonna be a day late or so and they helped me out .They will decently work out a deal with you.. Thank you for being my favorite pawn shop!

Poor customer service. Guy charged me an extra $3 then the price indicated on my ticket. No real explanation for the surcharge. And his attitude sucks bad. Not to mention the prices offered for the loans is a true rip off. Don't waste your time. Go across the street to House of Pawn. Great guys, great prices, and an overall way better experience. The head guy over at House of pawn is friendly and but non tolerant for bs. I love that place. Only came here because it was closed.

Got a fair deal for a loan on a couple items. I realized (week later) that I had left my backpack at store with video equipment. I felt very stupid and was sure backpack was lost forever. I went back to store and they had my backpack and owner had told me that he drove around to find me after I left the backpack. Excellent experience. Thank you
