Great customer service all the workers are fast knowledgeable super friendly been going to them 20 years

I showed up at 7:54pm to cash a check on a day they closed at 8pm. They locked the door and shut off the lights as I walked up and when I tried to get their attention they ignored me. I tried calling them as I stood at the door and they ignored the phone and the door. How unprofessional!!!! If you say you close at 8pm, the doors shouldn’t be shut and locked until that time! And to ignore a customer is ridiculous! Will never come to this location again!

Great place to add cash to prepaid card. Low fees and friendly staff. Love that they are open late and seven days a week. Plan to make this my regular reload center.

Every time I go to this location, I get awesome service from all the tellers and one of the most amazing services that they have is the one of getting a car title loan. I really recommend this place and will definitely go back :)

This place over charges for money orders, you better off going to pls for free, I really don't like this place

Horrible service, waited one hour in line before closing. When it was finally my turn (at 7:58) one of the workers rudely said, "we cant help you, we are closing. You have to come back tomorrow" when i replied that i had been waiting for an hour she laughed and repeated the same thing. Not even a sorry. Never coming back

Beware they don’t give a damn about you. They just want your money, they take advantage of poor and colored people. Most customers don’t speak English, so they are easy targets. Today I saw how they treated my friend for simply asking some questions. They are uneducated and what’s even more sad is that they, themselves are Hispanic. BeCareful !

Horrible place with horrible service!!! I come in here after placing a fax that they charge 8.00 dollars for!! I paid the fine to send MY fax, I return the following day with MY RECIEPT of proof that I paid for the fax because the recover never received it!! Not only did she have a nasty attitude about recharging me the fine that I had already previously paid its like I already paid for the fax!! I'm bringing u my recipet if they received it I wouldn't be here trying to resend it!!! It was the exact same number previously sent to before!!!! And not only did she sit their 15 min prior to attending me she did a lousy job!! As a former Dental Assistant working front and back office working with multiple agencies and insurance companies these girls lack alooooot or common curtousy!!! Thankyou for not attending me!!! Martha the manager is the best! They are so nice, well spoken and helpful. The whole staff is number one to me.
