Came in with very high expectations due to the reviews about this place and about Ryan Watson and I was certainly not disappointed! I was let down from past experiences at other dealerships and care here as a last ditch effort to get myself a car and I walked out a couple hours later with an amazing vehicle. Ryan was very kind and helpful for getting me an amazing car within my budget. I feel very lucky to have found this place! Spencer also deserves high praise as he let us check out the cars as we pleased and had them all ready to test drive for us. Everyone was very kind, patient and honest with us. Thanks to everyone here for their kindness!

Where do I start ? The team that they have here at this location is beyond your average customer service level. I’m from the south so I know all about southern hospitality and showing love to people just out of gp. Honestly, not knocking Seattle, but it’s just clearly not the same with the hospitality and all. People here are a lot colder, that’s with almost every experience I’ve had with customer service. Literally, when I came to this location I felt like I was home. Everyone genuinely cared, it wasn’t just for show. I was greeted by Issac, even when I was leaving he was very nice and So respectful. Troy was like one of those down south just laid back cool brothers that made sure you understood how much he had your back. Then I met Ryan, Ryan and I kicked it off like we had been homies since way back. I’m telling you, it was the most genuine car deal I’ve ever had done. Most places are super up tight, making you feel uncomfortable, things are totally operated different here. Your team is amazing ! This is what every dealership need, please spread what you do here around to other dealerships! It is definitely needed ❤️

Kevin was very helpful when buying a car. No pressure whatsoever, financing was easy, and they were very upfront and honest about servicing my new car. They put me in a 2019 jeep cherokee and I absolutely love it. My car goes in soon to get a new windshield that they promised. Super happy overall.

Brian at WA Auto was AMAZING! He seriously made the process of buying our newest van so simple. He helped with all the financing and finding us the perfect van to fit our budget. My husband and I both work full time in opposite directions of one another so getting to the dealership wasn't going to be easy. We were able to go do most of the transaction via text. It seriously made it a breeze! I would recommend working with him to anyone!!

This is the 3rd time I've called on Brian Griffith at Washington Auto Credit for a new vehicle and just like the previous two other times, the experience was so easy and Brian made a deal work on the vehicle I wanted. I've called on other dealers in the last couple months and got the runaround and told that I needed an insane amount of money for down payment. I found the vehicle I wanted in the morning, emailed Brian about it and gave my updated personal info, and within two hours he had an approval at the terms that I said I wanted. He had all the paperwork ready, had the truck washed and cleaned up, and I was outta there in less than an hour. Brian Griffith and kris smith are the best after we were approved we took the car home 15 days later the bank had backed out and they both fought tooth and nail to get us another loan in which they succeeded and even got us a lower payment and interest rate than the original loan was. I would recommend these two too anyone. They simply are the best thanks guys for the experience and the dedication.

A HUGE shout to Ron Moore and Kris Smith at the Chehalis location, they went above and beyond to make my experience as quick and easy as possible. I had gotta Ron's name on referral and I called him immediately and informed him of my situation( bankruptcy and divorced single mom). I told him where I needed my payment to be and he had 3 cars ready for me to look at the next day and sold me the 1st car I looked at, I was in and out in 3 hrs total. This has been the Best car buying experience I've ever had and with this being my 1st car in only my name I'm super excited that it worked out!! Got my car! Ryan in finance went above and beyond to get this car for me. Even though I never met this man a day before in my life, it still felt as if I had known him for years. I've never been to a dealership where someone is determined to help you on ''real'' strength and not just on a business level. He was talking to me, encouraging me and mentoring me as well. Giving me instructions and advice on my career and showing love as if he was a family member! it felt like he was just one of my homies! I felt comfortable, I felt in place. Most times during a car deal you tend to feel a bit nervous as you wait for an response of whether or not you will be able to drive away with your dream car. He kept assuring me that even if it did not take place today, that I would still be able to prosper in other ways and just being totally uplifting and inspiring. I would love to work for a team like this! Ryan honestly needs to be a trainer, they need more folks like him on the team!

Brian also helped us get the best terms possible on the loan. Even when I gave him a bit of a difficult time, he was very professional and very effectively addressed my concerns. We did most of the transaction by text messages and email and then went to Chehalis to pick up the vehicle. Easy as could be!

Brian was very friendly and professional when my mom bought her car, so naturally when it came to buying my first car we turned to him first. He's a miracle worker. Brian exceeded my expectations! I was very defeated from being denied multiple times due to my lack of credit history, and then I put my trust in Brian to find me a loan. Not only was my interest rate much Lower than I expected, he had the perfect car for me to fit the loan. I was nearly in tears for it couldn't have worked out any more perfect for my first car loan.
