Ella Owens (Loan Officer) made my experience extremely easy and efficient. She went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed and that my preferred timeline was met. With traveling and being out of state, she facilitated the process and completed everything in a way that may not have got the loan done otherwise. Regardless of the time of day, she kept up with communication that assisted me even while being in different time zones. If we are confused on something, she will drop everything and call us and not move forward until it makes sense to us. It's a joke at this point in time may 5th of 2022 you want to buy a house with a mortgage less than 2k a month move to a different country according to Zach Harrison from veterans united all that I'm afforded or a quick estimate what I can be estimated for is 260k better off using a fha loan than using them
