I have Always been very Happy with Wasatch Peaks Credit Union all Employees have been very nice and like to work with their customers 😀 😊

This credit union is the absolute worst with auto loans. Since the beginning of my auto loan until the end of my auto loan, I have had to repeatedly correct payment amounts and dates. They do not do their job responsibly. They assure that will make the payment, then a couple days/weeks later you get a letter in the mail advising that the payment was not COMPLETE. I have dealt with this for almost a year now. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is frustrating. I should be able to trust a bank to do their part, after I have done mine. Wasatch peaks credit union has not done this.

My wife an I wanted to get a account together(Yesterday). Both ladies we’ve spoken to we’re super helpful, nice and very kind. Super fast as well and very understanding and willing to help us. Amy especially was a huge help our on behalf she knows exactly what to do and does is very quickly, very sweet too. We enjoyed our time there we are looking forward to seeing what the future may hold for us. Thank you! I would recommend all my friends and family to go through them. You’re all awesome, thank you all.

I have been with this bank for about four years now and I have had nothing but problems with them. I have lost money due to their negligence, I've been given multiple cards because they constantly freeze my account without notice or reason, I can never get ahold of a real person when calling for information and no one has ever been able to help with online banking. No one seems to have proper training in how to help , the customer service is unbelievably rude. I wish I had something nice to say about them but I don't, because of all the years of trouble I've had with them I moved banks and will no longer trust them with my money.

Here is my review for Wasatch Peaks Credit Union, Roy, Utah branch. I have been doing business with these people since 1995. I have financed 11 vehicles through them. They have always been kind, patient, and courteous to me and my family. They always look out for my best interest and go the extra mile for me, making sure I get the best deal that they can for me. I enjoyed working with MaryAnn-old Weber credit union. I have worked with Amy and miss seeing her at the Roy branch. The branch manager Lori has always gone over and above for me. When the lobby was closed due to Covid-19, Lori helped me through the drive-thru window. Lori has personally helped me three times this week. I will continue to do business at Wasatch Peaks credit union Roy Utah branch. These folks are awesome to me. been doing

We heard Wasatch Peak could possibly get us a lower interest rate on a car loan. We couldn't make it into the office due to our work schedules, but we called at 9am to inquire about a car loan and we were approved and asked when we could pick up the check 3 hours after first calling in. And we got a lower interest rate than anywhere else we checked. We loved working with Wasatch Peak and their service was stress free and made our car buying experience a breeze. Thank you!

We've always had positive experiences with Wasatch Peaks. And my children love the yearly movie night they do for the family. We had a car loan with them and never had any issues. They were very excited for us when we paid our car off and we got our car title very quickly from them. Would recommend them.

I have been with Wasatch Peaks since 1993 and absolutely appreciate how trustworthy this institution is. I have never had a bad experience with an employee and my questions are answered with sincerity and problems with questionable amounts that are trying to process or have processed, are addressed and remedied. I would recommend this branch to anyone looking for a banking institution.
