Pawn Depot S 1900 W, Roy

I have delt with this shop for three years now and my son also purchased a vehicle from the Car Depot in the same building. Both are excellent to deal with and purchase from. I pretty much use this shop exclusively as they seem to be the easiest to deal with and the best pricing in the area.

Great service, those guys are awesome. It is a fun place to shop for deals.

By far the best pawn depot location. It's a much higher traffic area than the bountiful and Clearfield locations so there is always new inventory. Despite the fact that there is only one employee the service is top notch, the best of any pawn shop I've been too.

I was told I would be able to return a guitar if it had any electrical issues, so long as I returned it within 3 days. Found an issue, returned it, and was told he would only return it for store credit, not the cash I paid them. Total rip off.

Ive been selling gold, and also other stuff to these guys for the better of a year now, and feel i have for the most part gotten a pretty good deal. The only bad i have noticed is they seem to price off ebay, and only ebay,which is crap because people rip you off on ebay, and therefor these guys can rip you off, so DO YOUR HOMEWORK on whatever you're selling or buying there. But like i said, for what i have sold, i have had great service with them

I went in randomly last Wednesday to look for a gun. I had just purchased a private party AR15 from someone at the sportsmans warehouse right by here. I stopped in just to look, as I had purchased a Porsche from the Car Depot right next to them and the owner was super cool. I don’t think there’s a relation to owners or anything but the two businesses seem to be very friendly with each other. Anyways, I actually found a 9mm 1911 which is EXACTLY what I was looking for. The person who helped me was former military and EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful with my gun purchase. He even helped me to find some accessories for the AR I had just purchased. I’m a salesman so I did haggle a bit, and we came to a mutual agreement on the price for the 1911, the AR magazines and some ammo for both guns. I would definitely recommend anyone to purchase a weapon from these guys.

The guy at the counter is sorta rude. They wanted to charge me 3 extra dollars for not having my pawn ticket. Heads up, it's not in the contract you signed so I didn't pay it and they can't hold your belongings. My suggestion is to go to Hy and mikes down the road. Cheaper interest, freindly and they won't attempt to stick you with extra fees and rob you.

Kudos to your employee Ed!! he took the time to answer questions, explain why the store could or couldn't accept certain items as well as reasoning behind amounts available. knowledgeable customer service often determines the success of any privately owned business. Thanks!

They shouldn't even get one star. Came in to sell a gun, and there's people standing around waiting to get some help. There was one employee in the store, who was ignoring everyone, while eating lunch. When he noticed me standing right in front of him he sighed and asked if I needed help, I said yes please, and again he sighed and threw his lunch down and rolled his eyes. I just said you know what nevermind. And walked out. I will NEVER be back. Word of advice if you dont have customer service skills or just dont like working, DO NOT GET INTO A JOB THAT YOU SHOULD HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.......

These guys have very good customer service and are pretty decent prices , I think that they could have wagered a little better on there price with me they offered 40 on a brand new speaker that cost me 180$ and I offered 50 but they wouldn't go up at all , they should have at least said 45 $ but you get that at any pawn shop ..but they are good people and good customer service I recommend them 👍😁👍
