The people here were so friendly. They bought a bar of silver from me for my asking price and even met a competitor price on an ingot just to save me the drive. Plus they gave me cash instead of a check! Awesome experience!

These guys are the best, they took care of me as soon as I walked in, friendly staff waiting to help. I had bought a switch gaming device at Hy & Mikes for a birthday boy and found out he was already getting one, so I took it back fully expecting to be out of luck on getting my money back, and at best in store credit, but not at Hy and Mikes. They not only remembered me but they gave me a full refund! You can’t go wrong with people like that! I’ll be back for my Xmas shopping as well. Thank you Hy & Mikes!

I was looking for some Milwaukee heated work gloves for the winter, and I had heard that Hy & Mike’s pawn shop in Roy had a pair. I went in to check them out, and the gloves were in like new condition. They even let me try them out and they seemed to work great, so I purchased them. I was helped by Molly, and she was able to answer any questions that I had, and was very welcoming and friendly, as were all of the employees. Plus she gave me an amazing price on the gloves! I have now used the heated gloves for several weeks now, and I am very happy with my purchase. They work great and keep my hands warm at work! If you are looking for a pawn shop, I definitely recommend Hy & Mike’s in Roy, and their great employees!

I don't often visit pawn shops but I was looking for a guitar for my son and found one that I thought he might like. They had a pretty good selection on guitars. I got a second opinion on the price and condition from someone who really knows guitars. They said it was "a fair deal" without me even trying to talk them down. It was simple, easy, and no pressure.

Let's start by saying I would rate them 10 stars if it would let me. All of the Hy & Mike's team are amazing but, Cory, Molly and Matt are truly amazing. I have been dealing with them for year's and wouldn't go anywhere else. They give you the best price and will truly work with you on anything. I would and have recommended them to pretty much anyone I know. If you value your position's and need some money to get you through I wouldn't go anywhere else but here.

So the cute gal with the super cute haircut I believe her name is Molly, well she took such great care of me and I enjoyed every second spent working with her and I fully appreciate how awesome she treated me because I was having a terrible day but walked out with a smile and the money I needed. I like these guys way more than any of the competition in the area... they are just plain fair and I felt like she actually cared about helping me.it is a welcome change to have someone smile at me and listen to my plight! These people are the nicest people. They have impeccable service. I have the greatest respect for Matt and Ron. Matt is a very nice man .they are honest and go above and beyond for you. If you are honest with them, and make your payments on time, they work with you. They are the only ones I trust with my valuables. This is the best pawn shop I have been to!!! I came in to look for a used gun for me planning on going to a gun store later to get a pistol for my father in law for Christmas. I didn't know they sold new guns and they had the pistol I wanted for him and my gun both new for the same price as some of the big brand gun shops around town. I bought both they were very friendly was answering all my questions and willing to order extra clips for my gun if I couldn't find them. I don't rate places often but this one deserved it. It was the best costumer service and quality I recommend stopping by if want a friendly pawn shop.

Hy & mike’s of Roy is the best pawn shop in Northern Utah! If you need a little cash to pay a bill or some quick cash to make it to pay-day, these guys are my first choice! These guys are the very BEST! They make the process quick and easy, and they’re also honest! For example: I was in there shop last week, spaced grabbing my ray bans when I left and they were calling me to let me know I forgot em. CRAZY RIGHT?! Most shops would be like, “come up!”, and I would’ve never seen my shades again.

Every time I go in here they are so friendly. I could go to one closer to my house but so drive out to this one because of the way they treat their customers. The girl with the short hair, I think her name is Molly is fantastic. Love this place..

Not only did they go out of their way to double check their pawn ticket inventory to find what I needed (PS4), but they also let me know when they got ammunition in too. Great ammo prices everytime.. and yes, they even had (sorry took it all this time) 9mm. Loads of .40 and .45 left as of yesterday. Thanks for the hookup on the PS4 and games.. I'll be back for more ammo soon!!!

Steph and Cory the owners are great to work with as well! There very honest with you and wont rip you off. The only downfall is there GIANTS fans. Thank god there good at there jobs!!!

I've never encountered such pleasant customer service and a laid back, pressure-free experience in a pawn shop before, but this far surpassed my expectations. I will return for sure!
