I had a great experience here! I hate going to the car dealer, then I met Thomas Faillace. He showed me the truck I wanted, and worked to get me the deal I wanted in just under 1 hour! The business office completed the trade in and financial paperwork the next day again in under 1 hour! By far far the most efficient vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had.

Donald Hamilton has been my service representative for about 15 years or more. When I call Don for a service appointment, he is always polite and makes an appointment for my car in a timely manner. If I have a big car issue, Don always tells me to bring my car to Wallace as soon as possible so the mechanics can analyze my car. When I drive my car to Wallace for service, Don always comes to my car and greets me. Don is very polite, kind and understanding of car issues. While my car is being serviced, Don will always keep me updated on the status of my car. I could not ask for a better service representative than Don Hamilton. I own a 2022 corvette. Being new to the area I needed a reliable and reputable Chevrolet dealer to service my car. I stopped at Wallace Chevrolet to discuss my service needs and discuss the first service for the car. I asked to speak and meet with the service manager Mike. Mike walked me to the service area and introduced me to their corvette specialist. We discussed between the service tech myself and Mike the service manager the required first service for the car. (Chevrolet Recommends first trans service to add two extra quarts of trans fluid). We discussed this requirement Chevrolet also provides this first service at no cost to original corvette owners (which I am). My appointment was made for a Saturday in June. I arrived on time 8:00 AM. The service writer whom I would describe as Challenge with regard to her knowledge did greet me and proceeded to tell me that the corvette tech was not in this morning and also they the dealer did not have in stock the oil my vehicle required. I asked why I was not contacted and appointment changed. She had zero answers and stumbled threw an terrible explanation. I gave them a second chance and rescheduled (I had to call to request this appointment) of course I asked for Don whom I was told was the proper service writer whom has great corvette service knowledge, we spoke Don checked on items needed for the service. He called me back and confirmed that I could bring the car in Friday evening and they would leave it inside the service building. When I arrived Don was not given my service ticket, rather the person with zero corvette knowledge or experience was. Then I was asked to sign for a 400.00 charge to add the extra two quarts of trans fluid, which I refused to do as Chevrolet has stated this was to be included in the service. Needless to say I did not sign and I left with my car. Now searching for a reputable Chevrolet dealer in my area to service my car. I would never ever go back to Wallace Chevrolet nor would I recommend them to anyone. Just a badly run Chevrolet dealer that needs to change the service manager as he too allowed all of this to happen. Just an awful all around experience

Make sure you don’t do your finance with Nicolas (at Wallace Chevrolet at Stuart). He does whatever he wants without listening to you. I had an approved loan through my bank with a great rate and he didn’t use that and applied through their own finance with a higher rate. We asked for zero down and he kept our deposits as a down payment even though we said several times. He acts like he listens to you and even behaves like that but then he does whatever he likes. This was the only place they had me sign two contracts but told me they are not gonna run the second one. I felt something’s not right but unfortunately I signed them both and he did what he said he wouldn’t. So if you want a better deal make sure you don’t trust them and do your diligent.

First, Donald Hamilton is the best service advisor I have ever dealt with. I thought waiting over two hours to install new tires was pretty long. Wish my truck was built with the quality of my 1995 Sierra. 1) The ridiculous lug nut design with the SS cap over cheap metal that rusts, caused me to have to supply all new lug nuts. $115 2) Needing a new Transmission at 90K miles when I don't even tow anything is inexcusable. $5,200 3) A/C stopped working and found out I needed a whole new condenser. $1,400 May have lost a very long time GM buyer.

Matt was very open with communication and told me everything I needed to know. I told them I needed to prepare everything up over the phone because of how far I lived away. When I walked in Matt took me on a Test drive and we were in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. The entire process from first communication to driving off the lot was less than 24 hours!!

They were willing to sell us a car but couldn't find what we wanted in inventory. They were dilligent enough.No negatives to report. Chevy V-8 is still one of the best engines in production, especially the small block.

I’m guessing their rating might be artificially high. I suggest that you go to their service center and deal with the people there before you buy a car from Wallace. Anyone can sell you a new car. Where you separate yourself is with customer service and in my personal experience the service center employees need major help. The only descent person there is Rob. Trash all the others. Save yourself a headache and just go anywhere else

I made an appointment for a tire rotation & said I was going to wait for my car. When I got to the service department I was told that the rotation would take 20 minutes but there were 2 cars ahead of me & I would have to wait over an hour. What's the point of making an appointment when they don't honor the time you were told to bring it in?

This is my second purchase in a year from Wallace Chevrolet. I live 130 miles from their dealership. I make the drive for one main reason. Honesty. Wallace Chevrolet not only had the best prices of Any Chevrolet dealership in Florida. They keep their word and are the friendliest people you could ever hope to deal with. Don’t go by online or what the call center says is available. Drove an hour for a vehicle that wasn’t there and was informed by whoever texts you that it was there 5 min prior. The Salesman and front greeter both stated that was the call center and they don’t know anything and they hate it. They stated the truck has been sold, she texted me stating oh must have just sold.
Jody, we apologize that we made a mistake here, in these current market conditions, sometimes the cars get sold as fast as they come in. We are supposed to have multiple people verify the available inventory, some how we dropped the ball. We will try to do better in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with my car sales man Mike Nolan. He was kind, patient and allowed me to choose what I wanted to do about buying the car I wanted. I felt I should of been explained the financial side of things better. I wasn’t really shown or really apart of the loan process and had to go back the next day to ask for my paperwork so I could understand my payment and the amount of my principal. That was something I was not too happy about but I am sure I still would of purchased the vehicle I did regardless.

This dealership is the WORST!!! Service department? What service department? No Customer service! No care in the world everyone walks around on cell phones, eating and chatting. Even if you make an appointment expect to be waiting all day. Had an appointment at 10am didn't start looking at my untill I starting hounding about the time. 2 hours later. No one knows anything . Then you ask to speak to a manager and they are never around. Save yourself time, money and aggravation STAY AWAY From this place!!!

I recently got an oil change with tire rotation. My car was acting weird after this service. A little wobbly to be honest, so I then found that 2 lug nuts on each of my front tires were loose. Besides that everything went fine and I usually never have problems but this was unacceptable.

Great experience at the dealership. First time at Wallace Chevrolet. Made an appointment for service at 7:45 AM it was taken in immediately. Rob Gould was the service writer who helped me and kept me informed through the whole process. Vehicle was in for a covered warranty wheel hub repair and service tech examined the rear brakes. Rob explained that work would need to be done in the near future but not required immediately. No pressure to do the additional work. We did wind up doing it for the convenience of having the car at the dealership but was a great experience all the way around.

WORST Auto Group on the Treasure Coast. Horrible experience. From the poor customer service from answering the phones, to putting you on hold and never returning, dumping you into voicemails, not answering phones, understaffed, not returning voicemails and responses from supervisors like "what do you want me to do about it" The lack of professionalism and lack of sales knowledge is absolutely shocking! I would NEVER spend another cent with this group. In fact I drive 45 mins just to avoid the Wallace group. The company is only as good as its employees. The employees are ruining what use to be a good company. Guess Mr. Wallace or his kids don't care about what happens to their dealership.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Service was done in a timely manner and correctly, no issues there. I was a bit uncomfortable in that the service staff were not wearing masks while greeting customers. Their comments were to the effect of we don't bother with that anymore. To protect them and your customers I think you should insist on following the guidance of the CDC. While the car wash is complimentary, it wasn't very good. The windows were spotted in a way that was worse then when I came in. I shouldn't complain about a free service, but if you're going to offer it you should know that it's not representing a quality product.

Have been looking at pickups for over 2 years. Came in on Friday the 30th, made an excellent deal with Angel Vazquez, got an excellent price for my package. Matt my salesman, did an amazing job with the test drive and showing the features cog this vehicle. The dealership made me and family feel welcome and it felt have their personal consideration for each one of my concern. Bought the 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500LT, 6.2L TrailBoss in black - can’t be happier with it! The service was great. Only one thing that I had a problem with. Asked for a 7 tire rotation on my 1 ton DRW truck. Meaning they didn't use the spare tire in the rotation. Been there before. Never a problem. Will go back. Need to listen to customers wants. Thanks. Jim Patterson.

Buyer beware don't trust their online stock inventory or price. Also don't trust their phone assessment on prices of current inventory. They told me they had a particular truck in stock at a specific price. I drove an hour there to find out it was actually $20,000 MORE than listed online and what they told me on the phone. The sales people on the floor were of little help when I arrived too.

Marshall and Jess are good people to do business with. They are considerate to the mask issue. Your sales staff is an issue. They could care less about me or anyone in the waiting area. Absolutely no sales person was wearing a mask. They walk right up to me and talked about new vehicles without a mask. My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle for her. We went to four of the Wallace dealerships before buying a Lincoln Navigator. All but the Chevy dealers were very considerate with the mask issue. I am a long standing Chevy owner and will not consider Wallace Chevy for my next truck. The sales staff should be ashamed! We have Underlining health issues that Covid could harm us permanently.

Scheduling an appointment for an oil change is a joke they know that you are going to wait for your vehicle and they still take an hour and a 1/2. I spoke to the scheduling for service and they said they don't know what happens back there they just schedule it anyway. So in other words they take as many vehicles as they can they can and if you have to wait 2 hours they don't care.everyone sitting around doing nothing! But I feel sorry for the actually kids in the back trying to keep up with over schedualling!!!

Corvette mechanic took care of my problem, unfortunately not covered so was expensive and unable to determine what caused it (right side injection/coils replacement). As always service advisor Don Hamilton did his usual professional results. Was grateful for transportation to and from my house some distance away, relieving my wife from picking me up who was not feeling well. Don instigated this.

The used car department is horrible to work with. I have been trying to purchase a corvette z06 from them and they would not work with my circumstance being out of town for a week and a half. I was negotiating for over 3 weeks on the price of the vehicle with them. I had to travel to Pensacola for hurricane restoration efforts. I sent 2 people to drive from Miami to see the car, offered a $5000 dollar non-refundable deposit (only refundable if i found a major mechanical issue), got approved for Financing, and even offered to move forward with financing on their end. I think i made it very clear that i wanted to purchase the car. The salesman did not want to work with me and hold the car for me for 10 days till i could get to town and sign the papers. Mind you the car has been on the lot for 40 days. I called to talk to Mark Warren, sales manager, and he would not talk to me and had to play back and forth with the dealer receptionist. STAY AWAY!!

I purchased a vehicle with Sam. I was told they were setting up my insurance. But they let me drive off the lot with my vehicle UNINSURED & called me later that evening & stated that i needed to take care of it. It was not their job just courtesy. Very rude. Not the experience you want when buying a car.

If I could give the service department a 0 I would. I brought my car in to get a few things serviced. I asked for an update by 3pm to find out if I could get a car or needed to rent a car. I got a voice-mail at 3:17pm telling me one issue was null and that the other issues wouldn't be looked at until tomorrow. I called right back and the advisor was already gone. I finally had to fight with another advisor and they were calling the warranty department to see if a car was covered. I was stranded picking up my child from school and without a car to get home. And I live 45 minutes away. Fighting with the service manager who never told.me anything other than it takes time with the warranty dept. In which my whole point was to have this part done before 3pm so I would know what I needed to do for a vehicle. I decide to get my car because they were no help at all. As I get home and see the paperwork that the service gave me it stated the advised me of bad parts and I was advised that my car was unsafe to drive. I was NEVER advised of any of this. And the service manager argues that he told me this information. Complete lies on all of their parts. So I drove 45 min home in an "unsafe" car that they lied about telling me.

We are from Massachusetts and we were on vacation in Florida when we had car trouble. On Star was very helpful and directed us to Wallace Chevrolet. When we got to Wallace we spoke to Service Advisor Marshall Chaffee. He assured us that they would check our car. He asked us if we needed a rental and we said yes. He called Enterprise and within ten minutes they picked us up. The next day Marshall Chaffee called us and told us it would take some time as our car needed a part that was not available. He assured us they would get the part as soon as possible. After several days in Florida we had to get back to Massachusetts. We spoke to Marshall Chaffee and he told us he would look into shipping our vehicle once it was repaired. Once it was fixed he assured us that the vehicle would be shipped. Chevrolet then called us and told us the vehicle would be shipped to our house. The driver who brought the vehicle kept us informed when he would be here. When he arrived he backed the vehicle out and gave us our keys and the work order from Wallace. The driver was extremely nice and polite. I have to say that we are extremely indebted to the employees of Wallace and particularly Marshall Chaffee for quarterbacking the whole situation. Marshall assured us and by his kind actions helped us through a very difficult situation

Had a great experience with Wallace Chevrolet. I saw a car online and requested more information about it. I was pleasantly surprised with the quick response and a follow up with a salesperson named Quinton. I expressed would he provide me with a detailed walk around video of the car which he quickly did. FYI I live about 2.5 hours away from Wallace so the video and subsequent exhaust clip was very very helpful. I was able to put a deposit on car to hold till I could come see it which I did. The car was as described and shown on the video Quinton provided me. After a test drive and a little negotiation a deal was struck. I'm now a proud owner of my dream car. I always end up having to wait for my scheduled appointment and that gets old. They do fine work as far as I can tell though all we've ever had to do is get oils changed and tires rotated. I appreciate that they don't try to upsell me when I come in just for a regular oil change. But taking an hour and a half sitting in there waiting room makes me not give them any more than three stars.

They marked my paperwork as "complimentary car wash" but my car wasn't washed. I was told that whenever I bring my car in for oil change / service that if my Def fluid is low it would be topped off as well and it wasn't. I am almost empty. With all the issues i have had since purchasing this vehicle, I would rather be given honesty and know what to expect.

Marshall was amazing as always. Took great care of my car and kept me informed throughout the process. The failed part was covered under a parts warranty from advance auto parts and he had no problem helping me facilitate the warranty process even though it meant it would take longer for him to be able to complete my work. I made an appointment a week in advance for an oil change and alignment for a fleet vehicle. My employer sends our vehicles to Wallace when service is needed often as we have many in our fleet. I scheduled the appointment so that i would be one of the earliest served. However after 6 hours of waiting....in full view of the service staff...i had to inquire as to why it is taking such time and also asked if there was a problem..very poor customer relations. And it was not a very busy day...not a holiday week etc.

This was full of surprises , the price was great, The salesman Shawn Smith got us a great price , The Fiance Manager Nick Musarra worked with us on setting up the payments and the Manager Stephen worked with Shawn get and give us a great price also . waited 5 hours only to find out the computer reprograming to program out c5 corvette 80 mile an hour message that i came in for wasn't done they said they tried twice bull, i called and asked before booking appointment and was told they have a tech 2 computer and can do it, In addition your price was way out of line with the industry, I'm a old GM guy but now maybe i will try imports I apologize for the above review it was written in frustration so now I want to amend the review; I want to thank Wallace Chevrolet service manage and service foreman they went the extra mile researching the issue to fix it, its nice to see some good old fashion service, thanks

We originally visited Wallace while we were visiting the area just to check out the new Silverado. Our salesman John really listened to the question we had and to what we were looking for in a truck. He then showed us the right truck for us. They didn't have the right color we wanted but he told us that he would check around for us. We returned to SC and a week later John called back with the right truck and the right deal for us. We returned to FL (trip already planned) and picked up our new truck the next afternoon. John had us in and out of the dealership and enjoying our new truck in a couple of hours. That included him showing us the service and parts department and telling us all about the Wallace family and how they can help us. We will definitely be visiting Wallace for our next purchase even if we have to drive from SC!

My car has been in and out of your shop for major problems. Everybody is nice and tries to be helpful, but there are MAJOR problems with this car. I work and it is so inconvenient to come to your shop every week, wait for the rental car company to pick me up, wait at the rental car company. And then reverse the process to pick up my car several days later and the problem is still there. Very frustrating and takes 2 hours out of my day every time this happens.

Third time getting my oil changed here with the warranty. Last time they were supposed to do the auto butler and they did not it looked the exact same as the day before I brought my car in. Everytime I have waited there for over 2 1/2 hours for an oil change or maintainace. I have asked for. A loaner this time knowing this wait time. I got in and they did not greet me for over 10 minutes. Then told me to come in and sit. Waited another 5-10 mins and Marshall came over and told me that my warranty didn’t cover my 30,000 miles so I said fine I will do my normal oil change and tire rotation. Asked if I was waiting. I said no I wanted the loaner I requested over a week ago. He tried to tell me that it would only be a 45 minute wait. I told him that is not true I have done this three times now and each time over two hour wait with no up dates during. So twenty minutes later they got me into a rental with hertz. No updates the entire day until I messaged at 2 and got a call at 5 saying they didn’t find anything wrong with the radio and oil change was done. Marshal said he would call me back in a few minutes. No phone call. Got a call the following morning that my truck was done. Went to get my truck and they told me to wait while did paper work. Then told me to go to cashier to pay. I told him I have the warranty on the truck like the other times I come in for. And he said he would mail me the paperwork. Which I never received. Everytime I come in here I wait hours, poor customer service, and I should not pay for something every month that they do not do. My husband is looking for a truck and I will not allow him to buy from here. I will be taking my truck to a different dealership.

I hope this DOES NOT happen to anyone else. On June 6, 2021, while searching for a new Chevy Silverado 2500HD, I found one “In-transit” at Wallace Chevrolet in Stuart, Florida. I began to communicate with salesman Pat Malloy (nice guy) via phone at which time Malloy said the truck should be arriving at the dealer by June 16th. I began the process of purchasing the truck (proving a down payment, credit application, etc.) and the dealer agreed with me on a price for the new truck of $58,260 and agreed on a trade value for my truck (2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 Custom V8) of $39,000. Although the truck never arrived on June 16th, salesman Malloy continued to communicate with me until finally on June 30th, he contacted me that the truck had arrived. On the same day, I took the 3-hour drive from Miami, Florida to Stuart, Florida, to finally finalize the purchase. Upon my arrival at the dealer, I met with “William” who assisted me with the financing. While sitting with William, the numbers were not adding up, so I asked William what the selling price and trade value for my truck was. William stated selling price $63,260 ($5,000 over agreed price) and trade for my truck $38,000 ($1,000 less than what we had agreed). Because of the discrepancies, William spoke to Malloy and Malloy brought a manager by the name of “Wayne” to discuss the discrepancies. In short, manager Wayne stated he would sell the new truck for $58,260, but my truck’s value would not be what we agreed upon ($39,000) because the market had change and it was now worth $35,000 ($4,000 less than we had agreed). Nevertheless, manager Wayne refused to honor the original agreement and I was not able to purchase the truck. I drove 6-hours roundtrip never to imagine I would be treated this way by manager Wayne. I really hope this does NOT happen to anyone else, and I hope the owner(s) of Wallace Chevrolet put themselves in my shoes as a customer who, in good faith, drove a long way for nothing. I had an appointment set for 8:45 in the morning. I arrived at 8:30 am. They took my truck back. For an oil change and two recalls on the radio. I did not get my car back until 11:30. I looked out there after an hour and a half and my truck was still sitting in the parking lot. They way over booked.

Today , 5/19, i saw a 2009 corvette for sale there. I sent a request thru carfax to see if car was available. I got a response and i asked for pics as there were none on listing. At 2:56pm i got one pic and was told salesperson went out and took pic. I asked for interior pics and they responded to come to dealership to see. I made it clear i was about 25 miles away and wanted to see more pics before i went out there. The response was that i was only 30 minutes out to come see it. I drove out ant got to dealership about 4:15pm. Salesman started to loom for it and finally told me it was sold. I figured it being such a good price it sold within past hour. What surprised me is when i was told it sold yesterday, 5/18. Maybe bait and switch tactics were being used. In any case i will never be back to any Wallace dealerships as i cant trust them.
