I really don't leave a lot of reviews but I felt compelled to go out of my way to leave this one, just as Alan from Salerno pawn and jewelry went out of his way to help me... on numerous occasions!!! He made me feel welcomed from the moment we entered. The store had a very at home kinda energy and the jewelry was so captivating u didn't want to look away. I love that their inventory had things in all price ranges with amazing quality. I can't say enough how pleased I've been with every visit I've made there.

My wife loves the ring I bought her from Salerno Pawn and Jewelry. When she approached me about how helpful Debby and Alan were regarding the purchase of a ring for our 40th anniversary I was initially hesitant about buying a ring sight unseen from a store 160 miles away. But through the e-mail exchange and lots of really well done photos of the ring, plus assurance that the shipment would be fully insured we went through with the deal, which was in our hands less than 24 hours later. The ring was exactly described and my wife is very happy. These are honest people who will educate you about your purchase and who realize that when you treat people honestly, with respect, and with the goal of meeting their needs, they will spend a lot of money and brag to all their friends about doing it. We are, and we hope to do business with Alan and Debby again.

I have never been to a pawn shop so I was a bit apprehensive about the experience. I was welcomed as soon as I came into the establishment. The staff was so helpful and nice. They answered all my questions about the item I can in for and even for the items I didn't lol. It truly was an awesome experience and changed my perspective about pawn shops. I will definitely being doing business here again in the future.

Salerno Pawn & Jewelry is the only store in Martin county that was willing to take on a personalized gift I had visioned. Debbie took the time and listened to my idea and took on the project. My sister in law and I stumbled in pawnshop hunting and this was by far the best store we stopped at. The staff was amazing. They had the most vintage and unique pieces that we could find for the most reasonable prices. I am also looking into getting my engagement ring customized and they are creating a computerized image for me. Definitely my favorite store
