I have been quite pleased with my service from Joe Wagner. Joe helped me transition my very long term insurance relationship to Erie Insurance for my home, vehicle and umbrella needs. The home insurance quote was nearly 40% less than the other company while vehicle and umbrella cover was similar. I like the fact that Erie insurance covers mainly inland eastern states away from hurricane and fire threats which may help keep home insurance rates lower. Joe provides a very pleasant, informative approach. I had long term co-worker recommended Joe and I wasn't disappointed.

I almost never write reviews for businesses or people, but I have had such a long term and positive relationship with Wagner Insurance, over the years, I wanted to thank them for their professionalism and personal attention to my (at times) complicated insurance needs.. I have had both my home and a number of cars (!!) (I have two sons) insured through Wagner... They have always been able to find me the most comprehensive coverage at very affordable rates, rates I have never bee able to match on my own. Joe and every member of their team are extremely friendly and incredibly responsive to my inquiries when I call for information or need to make a change. When I hit a deer this past summer it was the first time I actually had to make a claim after having Wagner insurance for almost 20 years. I didn't know what to expect and had lots of questions. All of my questions were answered quickly and professionally. My deductible was only $100 because I had not had any claims, that was great! They reimbursed me for towing so quickly! And everything else was handled smoothly. When I compare rates with other insurance companies I cannot believe the great low rate I am paying for such great coverage. We experienced roof damage to our roof from a recent storm. The claims adjuster came quickly, processed our claim, & we received a check in the mail shortly after that. We were also instructed what to do to finalize our claim with the receipts & pictures in order to get the remainder of the payment for the damage. It was all done quickly & professionally. I have has my auto, home plus RV coverage with Wagner Insurance Group for around 10 years now and they are awesome to deal with. Joe responds almost instantly to all my inquires or phone calls but if he is busy with another client the entire staff has always responded right away or answered any questions I may have when calling them. Wagner Insurance Group, Joe and Gina, stepped up to help me with insurance after my husband passed away this summer. Insurance check was quickly processed to me when I sold his car, which reduced my premium to just one car. Beyond that, they had to help me with an issue raised with our former insurance coverage through AAA on our home and car, which reinforced my decision to switch to Wagner last April. AAA staff proved incompetent and uncaring about the situation they created, at a time I was on overload from the death of my husband. I'm so relieved to be in the hands of Wagner Insurance Group!
