First Federal Lakewood - Olmsted Township Cook Rd, Olmsted Township

My mother has been a long time customer at this branch doing her banking needs for many years and only up until recently have I heard any complaints perhaps maybe it's the younger tellers or everybody is covid agro but there's definitely some confusion sometimes when it comes to neeting an appointment or if you're just open for business other than that I'm told you do very well for her needs

I have been doing my banking with this company for more than 20 years, they are great, have never had any problems

I have had such an amazing experience with FFL over the last 24 hours. Yesterday morning I received a call from your Fraud Detection department and they left me a voicemail. I wasn't able to take the call and by the time I was, you all had contacted my office and our receptionist tracked me down with a return number and my case number. I called the Olmsted Township branch, and Tom was so kind and patient as he answered my questions about your lobby hours. When I arrived, everyone was wearing masks and eager to help. I walked out with a brand new debit card ready to go, and when I asked if there was even any money in my account, the teller, Jennifer, was so non-judgmental and almost complimentary when she told me my balance. She made me feel like I had millions in the account. I am so grateful, and I love banking with you all!

The personal touch and willingness to solve problems is what keeps us on as customers even though we moved out of state six years ago. I have not had customer service this good anywhere else.

If your banking with the big banks it's time to get your money more local and my local branch is just awesome. In fact I haven't had a bad experience at any of the branches. Make the change today.
