Huntington Bank Lorain Rd, North Olmsted

This location is by far one I try and not go to. They always take forever when when lines are small. Today my husband went in to pull money out and requested a new card then the teller CUTS his card without his permission, leaving him with no card and told him the new one will come in 7 to 10 days. He asked for a replacement card and she said you can wait or come back the banker is on lunch!!! Absolutely ridiculous.

I've been here a number of times. I can't say whether the place is great or average or anything. I've never personally had a problem here, but I just don't like the vibe of the place --if you will permit me to use such an unscientific term. The lot is nasty, the corner is hot and full of asphalt dust and gravel, it's on an intersection that can be extremely awkward to get out of. You pretty much had better want to go towards Great Northern or Crocker Park, because trying to go towards 480 or N. Ridgeville can be dangerous. When I was there the first time, the banker lady gave me the scowl and treatment of a librarian when you're turning a book in late or you're making too much noise. It still happens from time to time, though some of their tellers have gotten "fresher" and nicer faces. I still got the same treatment from one of the other patrons. Maybe "long and established" comes with stuffiness and a superiority complex attitude. I'll still come here out of necessity, but I prefer the friendly, familiar faces in North Ridgeville Giant Eagle.

They have 2 ATMs but 70% of the time their ATMs are unavailable to use. I've never been to a bank that you can't use their ATMs as much as this branch. Very frustrating.

Everything takes way longer than it should, atms never work.

Staff is excellent but inside lay out is not great

Went to the branch twice to meet with a personal banker and was dismissed both times. The banker did not take my name or even bother to look up my account information. Both days the bankers claimed that they were too busy, and suggested that I go to another branch.

One car in front of me at the drive through, atm is non functioning, and I’ve been waiting for nearly 15 minutes. Why do I continue to use Huntington?

Staff is always kind and courteous and the branch manager Jo-ann is always very helpful! we have been banking with them for 8 years and its always been a pleasant experience .

Only 1 teller working on a, Saturday ... Garbage..... Time to switch banks
