    The Mandarin location is the worst. They spent tons of money on renovations when they should've focused on people not pretty displays and digital screens everywhere. The employees that are there don't pay attention and are more concerned with standing around or internal conversations versus servicing the customers. The conceirge model just don't work for banking. Put it back to the layout seen on Phillips with more tellers and better service. Now I gotta spend more money in gas just to go to a branch that actually works properly. What a joke!

    My first visit to the San Jose VyStar branch in Jacksonville FL and must say it was a “cut above.” Four teller desks but before I even got in line I was welcomed by Marianna who stressed they were there to serve you. What a novel idea; one who comes up to you, asks what you need then directs you. The personal touch. I had a large number of coins to cash in/deposit and it was no charge to members. She helped me with that herself. Time for a teller and Savannah was as cordial and professional! Had business there the next four days and tellers Andrew and John were just as great. You’ve got to visit this San Jose branch and see what banking service to customers should be modeled after. Five Stars isn’t even enough for these amazing people!!

    VyStar is on a downward spiral. For over a month the new improved mobile app does not work. The login page flashes by and the app crashes. The computer access is not any better. Unable to view account balances, bill pay does not work, cannot transfer money between my account. When I try to log in my account I am 9300 in line to log in. Really VyStar. You are a multi billion company and you completely mismanage an IT upgrade. The outage was supposed to last 2 days it's been over 30 days. This is unacceptable for any company but even less for a financial institution. The remaining members need to hold the board and CEO accountable for this debacle

    Kenneth Windham was very helpful! He took the time to resolve my issues!! It helped me out extremely! This Establishment is super clean and every staff member is super nice n professional! This location is the best out of any Ive been to! Thank you Vystar 🙏

    I was quite taken aback by the service I received during my time at vystar, San Jose location. Both Sofia and Sierra were prompt, they were courteous and professional: They listened to my issues and also extended me extra services.     Brielle was the most helpful specialist I’ve ever spoken to since I’ve been banking with VyStar. She made sure she contacted me back with updates and got my request completed by going above and beyond. I’ll be asking for her for now on if I have any issues!!!

    Stopped at VyStar today and again could not get in to make transactions. I could only do business via drive through AND in order to make any transactions, I needed to make an appointment. Trying to get connected via phone, forget it. I am asked, once I try to log in, that in order to make sure it is safe, to have them send me a text. Never received a text and couldn’t make my transaction even after doing everything that I was instructed to do. Now as for the new furnishings, I was there one day when new furniture(Knoll) was installed. This furniture was made in the town I grew up in plus my late husband worked in the factory that made the furniture. This is high end furniture, which is fine but it would be more beneficial if money had been spent making the bathroom doors easier to open for the disabled. It takes all my strength just to open the door while holding it so I could hold it open and then push my walker to get inside.As for the drive through, I cannot drive and therefore have to take a bus. I doubt you allow buses to go through the drive through. Thanks for letting me vent. ,

    As a young adult it is rare that I find company’s that take me seriously. I didn’t have any issues with the customer service or getting what I needed to get done. John was absolutely amazing and has helped so much with the next step in my life! I am forever grateful for the hard work he put in the past couple of days for that to happen!

    We spent several hours at the credit union last week consolidating accounts and streamlining our banking situation. Our relationship specialist, Sierra did a very professional and patient job making sure we had all the services, etc we needed saving us all kinds of time and even some money. Bravo Zulu, Vystar and Sierra.

    Excellent service and patience shown by John Tennant at VyStar today. He was diligent and thorough managing conversation and trouble shooting my technical issue. He was in phone with Help Desk maintained calm demeanor and explained what suggestions were being made to correct issue.

    I’ve always had a good experience at Vystar but it was especially great today. One of the Relationship Specialists, Roberto Saavedra, was able to help me with a situation with my online banking that I’ve been trying to get resolved. He was fast and efficient and did a wonderful job. He is a great asset to Vystar Credit Union.

    Jessica was very helpful and pleasant to work with when I came in to get my motorcycle loan. She got me approved for my loan and when the dealer had problems she responded to my text request very quickly and resolved the issue immediately. I’ll be back in a couple years for my next motorcycle loan!
