My 1st Google review but wanted to share my experience at jax beach. Wasn't sure what to expect when I needed to go get my banking info recently.. they were all friendly and moving quick to get everyone what they needed. Danielle shared her card and I was able to get all my banking needs since then and it's been a pleasure doing business. Thank u

I came into vystar for a fraud case and was greeted with the most delicious man. Matthew was not only professional, intelligent and well put together but was more then happy to explain the process with me. He made the situation all better with jokes. I see now why they put him in the front of the store. Great eye candy and a better personality. What a great manager you have!

The Jax beach Vystar branch is the absolute best. The employees are always very friendly and happy to help. I’ve financed multiple vehicles and my home through this credit union. Eric is absolutely amazing!! I came in to discuss some of my account information and was advised there would be a little bit of a wait. After several minutes went by Eric came over and assisted me up with the teller and was able to fulfill all of my needs. I’m a firm believer in great customer service but this was PHENOMENAL service. Come see Eric for great service. This is just something you unfortunately don’t see often now adays.

This is my favorite VyStar location. Ask for Matthew, he is really the coolest dude there. Matthew went above and beyond for me. I had a uncommon situation, buying a car from another state, and he was able to figure it out and do what needed to be done. He always answered any questions I had. He did all the work, and let me know what needed to be done on my end. I will never work with another location! Thank you Matthew!

I have always expected and received great customer service from Vystar. Recently I lost my wallet. Canceled my cards and all that fun jazz. But when my cards didn't arrive within a few weeks I reached out. I was hoping to get new cards mailed out again and was prepared to wait. Since I did not have transportation to a local branch so they could print one. However when I explained this to Eric he went above and beyond for me. Printing new cards and overnighted them. The friendly service was great, but I truly felt that he cared about me as a customer. And that meant the world to me. I truly can not thank him enough!

Applied for a credit card and they approved me for 5000 more than I requested. Matthew called to explain the credit card I was approved for. He then asked me if I was interested in re-financing my auto loan. He was able to lower my rate and term. I did everything online and never left my house. This is the best credit union in the country. If you are not a member join now! Leave the Big banks alone and call Matthew he is a true asset to the Vystar team. Thank you Matthew. David Schomp

I called into the Jax Beach branch to ask a few questions about a personal loan and got Matthew on the phone. Matthew was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I advised I was having trouble getting into the branch before closing. Matthew stated it was no problem at all this could be done over the phone and email with just a few questions. He had me approved and sent paperwork over to sign before noon next day! Matthew made this process very easy and even upgraded my credit card! Quick easy processes and fantastic customer service is what I always get at Jax Beach Vystar! You guys ROCK!
