VyStar Credit Union US, Callahan

I have had poor experiences in the past at this branch, not gonna lie, especially since covid and the extreme short staffing. And one guy there is really rude. But they have some super AWESOME front office staff……TRACI is apparently new to their credit union but she makes all the difference EVERY TIME! Doesn’t matter how short staffed they are, or if there are impatient or frustrated customers….I have been in line and she just goes out of her way to make sure everyone feels like they are being taken care of. I was going to take all of my money out of there at the beginning of this year due to incompetence, as was my dad, but since Traci and a few others came on they sure everything is how it is supposed to be. That is our money, and she gets that. Customer service makes all the difference.

Callahan branch & Traci Sherer were awesome! We had a problem with our credit card. Traci went above & beyond to get the issue resolved. Traci was exceptional! The branch manager was also a big help. Thank you both for making us glad we chose to bank with Vystar.

Until recently, I had a very high opinion of Vystar. Now that they have messed every customer over by removing access to their online banking system, I have lost all confidence in them. We are strongly considering changing banks. Very disappointed.... Update 6/3/22: they only have 3 people working the drive through and counter today with a LONG line. Why isn't mgt paying overtime and filling every counter and desk while they have these issues?!?

I was very pleased with the warm and friendly service I received during my visit. The new branch decor is beautiful! I will continue to drive from Jacksonville to do my banking at this wonderful branch! Thank you!

This bank is a good bank until it isn’t. Going on three weeks trying to get a visa debit card that actually works. And I am so sick and tired of hearing them say we are sorry

If you don't mind waiting 30-45 minutes just to talk to a teller and deal with this terrible new system update, then this is the credit union for you!

This location is HORRIBLE!! LITERALLY NO STAFF INSIDE! Been with Vystar for 10plus years and out of all locations this is the most understaffed. My 74 yr old Mom made an appt for 130pm and on arrival gets told you have to go to the teller to check in🤯 That line was so long she never got checked in until 2pm and it's now 3pm and still hasn't been seen..this is no way to treat long term customers or elderly for that matter..she is legit falling asleep in the lobby..horrible ..NOT ONE PERSON has acknowledged us sitting here after checking in...we have had to go back to the desk and ask how much longer!! Seriously waisting my day off sitting here!! Unreal..can't even log on to our own accounts..this is so frustrating!!

I haven't banked in a very long time, I went up to VyStar in Callahan Florida and Mr Chris Zech was just amazing. He helped me so much and I can't express how thankful I am for Chris and I give him 5 ⭐ and if I could go higher I surely would 👍 Great place to bank and awesome people. Thank you Chris Zech!

Chris Zach ! Is absolutely amazing and a life saver ! I had my account locked and some bad issues with my account ! He was kind and sympathetic to my problems ! He was understanding of my issues and did everything he could to help me and opened 4 accounts and closed the comprised accounts ! He was patient and didn’t rush anything and he truly cared about my issues ! He is manager material! He is worth more than the moon and stars

I have nothing to do with them along time.I own my home and several vehicles pay my bills ECT....i reach out for help for a small loan or refinance help on my new car and they deny me...better banks out there the service is getting terrible with vystar
