I had the most amazing experience at this location with Kaycee R! She was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. She answered my many questions and helped me with a smile the entire time. Although it was busy she still treated me with respect and was very kind and helped me quickly without making me feel rushed at all. This is why this is my preferred location. She is a model of what great customer service is! Thank you!

Now this is customer service at it's best. I came in because my credit card wasn't working. Ms Roberts was very professional and quick. She helped me get my account in order. She answered all my questions and made sure my card worked before I left. I was planning on switching my family from vystar to community but Ms Roberts was so pleasant to talk to and so helpful, I decided to give vystar another chance.

Ms. Joy was delightful, she gave me awesome customer service, very professional! She helped me open a new account she was very plesant, efficient, and also friendly. Even assisted me with making depositing at the ATM. Top of the line customer service! 👍👍

I rarely go into the actual branch. But my experience in 04/02/22 was excellent even with the large crowd. Mrs K. Jessup was awesome. Very professional and built rapport. Loved every second of our time with her.

Had a wonderful customer service experience with Ms. A’lexis Babbs; very congenial, professional and extremely patient. They go above and beyond just banking services. I was even assisted with HR paperwork. I could not find that assistance anywhere else. Jointly with the open-air remodel, the receptive manager (Ms. Powell) and the wonderful and greatly appreciated help from Ms. Babbs, I highly recommend the Dunn Ave location.

A clerk at this establishment earned a 5 star rating, no questions asked. Today, Joy made my day and she went above and beyond. In my experience, a lot of people working in customer service will make you feel like a burden but she obviously understands the TRUE meaning of customer service. That woman deserves a raise lol

This Vystar is horrible!!!!!! I am the manager of Ellison Food Mart and half the time I can't even get my change order because of the wait in line. One day it took over 30 minutes just to get a change order. I am here today to cash my paycheck and the line is all the way to the back offices. I have already been in line 10 min with no movement. People have walked out of line and customers coming in are turning around. This is ridiculous something needs to be done about the speed of the tellers and the structure of how to get the wait time down. Gerald and I only put one star so that I could make the post other than that That star would not be on this post!!!!!

A’Lexis Babbs was AMAZING! She truly went above and beyond to make sure she provided exceptional service. She was creative and thought outside the box to rework system issues. I wanted to tell her supervisor she needed a raise right then and there but they were in a meeting. She provided phenomenal service!

Today I went in the office with the intent of getting a consolidation loan and Kelli Donald was a pleasure to work with. She was courteous, polite and very knowledgeable of my needs. She made the transaction easy and painless. Thank you Vystar for your business.

The customer service was great this time! I normally do not have a good experience at this location, but the person who helped me was very courteous and knowledgeable. I think her name was Genesis. She really changed my perception of Vystar and I appreciate her for treating me like a person and not a number on the screen.
