    Customer representative Celina is wonderful. I definitely feel she goes above and beyond for Vystar clients and I will be coming back to her for any future financial services I require. This branch is very clean on the inside and the staff is all very friendly. The wait is always a lot but the representatives genuinely seem apologetic and attempt to take care of you quickly while still being personable. Glad it's the closest branch to me, worth the waiting.

    I can’t begin to express the level of care my husband and I received from Ms. Lisa Westbrook. We’ve been dealing with an issue for three years now. We needed some financial information as quickly as possible and she was all over it! Ms. Westbrook tried every avenue she could, until she ran out of options. When she got to that point, she reached out for more help. She got us the information we needed within an hour. We couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you, Ms. Westbrook! This is why we love VyStar!

    Celina Ness has to be the sweetest and most caring customer service representative I have ever come across in banking! I don’t even bank here, but she treated me as if I was a 20 year member! Celina was not just taking care of her customers she was also helping others who were a little new as well. Without her helping me today our customer would not be purchasing her brand new home. We all thank Celina and Vystar for being able to recognize an awesome soul. Vystar definitely knows how to hire representatives who actually care about there customer base.

    I hope Vystar figures their online and mobile systems out but I'll be banking elsewhere. You need to have a backup system in place when launching a new one. It's been 3 weeks and we can't do mobile deposits or internal transfers.

    Worst bank ever. Closing my account. Upgrades not completed -- hours are not extended to accommodate. Don't even get me started on the app. I'm afraid to even use the site or the App. I'm sure they broke PCI compliancy amongst other things. This goes for all Vystar's. I can't even make a transfer from my account to a spouses.

    I have banked with VyStar for 20 years. Up until recently with the online banking issues, I have been satisfied. I needed assistance resetting my PIN and reviewing transactions for my account. Celina made up for all of the inconvenience that I've been dealing with. She was super friendly and very efficient. Although I know that none of this was her fault, she was very apologetic about the inconvenience. People like her are what will keep me coming back!

    I called this branch from out-of-state to start the process for setting up an IRA for my daughter now living in the area. I spoke with Tracy and she was so nice an helpful! We couldn't be any happier. I wish I was there to meet her face-to-face and thank her personally.

    I’ll stopped in the ocean way branch to have an issue with my account looked at. I was standing in the teller line and the manager came out and asked me how I was doing and if she could help me. I told her my situation she took me straight to a cubicle to meet Anthony. With proper documentation I provided, my problem was resolved within five minutes!

    Thank you so much and a BIG shout out to DEANDRE SHUMAN! He possesses the skillsets that every customer facing employee should have. Superb personality, extremely knowledgeable, pleasant to talk with and even stayed late until my transaction went through and was showing in my bank account. Hats off to this gentleman.

    I went into the ocean way location to do a refinance on my truck that I had with PNC and I was very unhappy I sat with miss Talisa Gibbs and Katrina Stephens they were absolutely amazing it seemed as if The new system is not Good. Honestly if it wasn't for these 2 ladies I would've never got the documents completed I understand changes good but if the system doesn't work and makes it this hard for the customer and employees. Perhaps you should look into why. I think something should be done about the long delays. It took over 1 and1/2 weeks just get my docs to sign These 2 ladies went above and beyond it is now 5:22 and I'm just leaving the bank .. very very HAPPY!
