Jarrett Delly worked with me this week, and in less than a week we were able to get my boat refinanced… cut my interest rate and payments in half. He also got me set up with a credit card. All in all bout 3 day process. Highly recommend, easy to work with. Gets the job done in a timely manner! Thanks Jarrett!

Normally when I come through the drive through it’s very busy but today at the Yulee branch Mr Brian definitely provided excellent customer service. He is a very nice gentleman. Even though I was being a little difficult this morning he still was pleasant and welcoming towards me. Good service always speaks volumes !!!!

Recently moved to Yulee from Jacksonville and wasn’t quite sure what to expect. My husband has been a member of Vystar for a few years now and finally convinced me to switch over. We were greeted by Brian and he went above and beyond my expectations for this branch-they’re lucky to have him at their establishment. He was very informative and supplied us with knowledge about Vystar that even my husband didn’t know. He was able to get everything accomplished that we had hoped for in a timely fashion because he understood the stress and demands of moving. VyStar has always been a great credit union from my personal needs to my business needs. 95% of the time I speak with Courtney Holbrook and she takes care of me always very sweet and quickly get everything I need done!

My family was very fortunate to work with Brian at the VyStar Credit Union’s Yulee Branch. It is difficult to find good customer service these days but he proved that there are good people out there that still care. He went above and beyond to help us with our needs and followed through on his promise to take care of us until our issues were resolved.

So blessed to have Courtney at the Yulee branch handle our banking business. Nice to see there are still ones who will go above and beyond! Courtney was very knowledgeable and explained every transaction. Public service can be extremely challenging and she deserves every bit of recognition for her professionalism, patience, and kindness.

I’ve been banking with Vystar for many years but Wes and his team at the Yulee, Fl branch are really amazing! I’ve purchased equipment, a boat and 2 trucks through this branch and they make it the loan process so fast and easy it’s like I’m a VIP. From my day to day business transactions to deposits they’re all super friendly and Wes especially will take time to talk and see how I’m doing. Despite the frustration and ongoing issues with Vystar's online banking system the Yulee, FL Branch is doing a great job with customer service and moving people through quickly while still making sure you feel confident about where your accounts stand, and answering any and all questions. I have specifically dealt with Ally on multiple occasions and she is always professional, proficient, and smiling, a true pleasure to work with!
