The staff was extremely professional, and helpful . I had made a phone call first , and Heather and Rachel took the time to walk me through the process and made me feel at ease . They were just as professional, personable and comforting in person .

Terrible experience. The ladies are nice and have great customer service but walking in and seeing your stolen apple AirPods and stolen watch/ stolen dell laptop in the display case is very unsettling. Be careful purchasing anything from this location. It may be a hot item. Sadly by the time I located where my stolen items where it was too late to get them back. TC Pawn is where you want to go. They review items to make sure they’re not stolen.

I can't say enough how grateful and appreciative I am of the ladies here in the office! Workers were so nice and helpful. Not only did they help me with funds but the Googled numbers for me when my phone died and another worker lent me her charger so I would have my phone on the journey home. Great people. Highly recommend.

They are great, really go the extra mile in service. From many offers to taking the extra time to make sure you understand all the offers. Have have even seen them address and stamp a envelope for a lady so the next month she could mail in.
