This was a great experience with Tax defense (Money solver). Katherine Green was amazing helping me find a affordable and suitable payment plan based off of my circumstance with the IRS. She was very kind to me, patient and helpful. My employer messed up my W2s that year and the entire team were on top of things time wise and very communicative. Michael and Scott Holland were also great help helping me learn what I need to know I’m even restoring my credit. It’s too much good to acknowledge much flaws here. I’ll suggest this company to a friend the way I already have if your looking to find a payment resolution.

IRS was garnishing my wages without any offer for payments or current financial situation and tax defense worked with me on a payment plan for their services which was way less than my garnishment and they were able to stop my garnishment within a few weeks. Very bad experience with this place!!! When I first called them I spoke with Joshua Austin and he reassured me over and over that they would be able to help me talk to the irs on my behalf to remove my penalties and get me an affordable payment plan but after I payed my fee I couldn’t get through to him again!!! He promised that if they couldn’t help me I would be able to get my money back but I can’t get through to him so now I had to end up paying tax defense for their service but all they did was set up a payment plan with my original tax bill that I could’ve done it myself on the irs website!!! My tax analysis was not able to help me reduce my tax bill!!! Do not ever believe anyone at tax defense!!! Now I have to pay my original tax bill and pay tax defense!!!!

My personal experience for the most part with tax defense network has been adequate at best. They're Follow up has been very lax. I would not use this service again. And it is unfortunate that I have to say that . Some of the folks that I worked with there were excellent, others were not. Have been working on a resolution agreement going on 2 years years and still have not hammered out a suitable agreement agreement after spending almost $14000.

Your Customer Service Representatives we're pleasant and professional when it came to collecting my payments. However; working with the attorney on my case was a little unbelievable. First, he the wrong social security number or misspelled name which caused a delay during the pandemic ( With limited people working) I had to send paperwork several times, at the end of day my account status is non-collectable with interest accruing no tax breaks due to hardships I could have done this myself with out paying 2900.00. I have worked with attorneys before I know how unorganized they can get but done need to retire after a since point.

Tax Defense will communicate with you until they have your money and then all communication is stopped. They are very unprofessional. They were supposed to prepare a form for abatement. I was told the form was called in the IRS. The IRS want a singed copy which is what Tax Defense should have prepared. Don't waste your time and money like I did.

I would not recommend Tax Defense (Money Solvers) to anyone. They do not stand behind there contract, there is absolutely no communication and you are better off negotiating any tax issues yourself. They will do nothing to assist you or even act like they are. Do not give them your time or money.

Well horrible... I was never told that they do not deal with Ohio taxes only IRS tax I just found out my taxes were already paid... never needed them anyways... still waiting for my money back.... I just wish I was told that deal with taxes not just irs.....taxes are taxessssssssssss....... misleading.... but some is paid and now some is not so confusing.... due to all this misleading red tape jumping hoops wasting my time and everybody else's I'm sure. But I do appreciate your hard work ..this was a mess that can never be fixed.called the maise..nevee ending lol horrible case of a mess.

Other tax services did not explain everything and took money up front without providing sufficient help. Tax Defense worked with me explaining everything step by step.
