Then my real estate agent called Kim at the mortgage company to explain how in 20 years, she's never seen anything this unprofessional. and she HUNG UP on us....meanwhile, we're just sitting there in the parking lot of the title company not knowing what the hell to do next...Do we have to cancel and drive home? uhh? There was no communication until we called her back and after several hours of unnecessary drama, finally we were able to locate the newly sought after paperwork.
