Not sure why my last review did not post, but I'll say it again!😁 Mrs. Tracie is the best! She makes my visits to the store great every time. Her customer service is excellent and she takes her time with me each time I have to go in and see her. No offense to the other workers....But I always call to make sure Mrs. Tracy is there before I go. Even when she calls to remind me about upcoming payments, the conversation is always pleasant. She deserves 10⭐'s!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Our, local Title Bucks is the best! I recently visited them for the second time and it felt like the first time! They are fast, friendly, and respectful. They work with you! Need cash fast? All you need: Automotive /Motor Vehicle Title, Drivable Automobile, Drivers License, Three References and spare Time. Title Bucks is open until seven p.m on week days and are open on weekends. So if your looking Courteous Customer Service. Pay them a visit. You want regret it!

Working with Mrs. sable in the store was amazing fast and professional! In and out within 20 minutes and friendly conversation as we knew one another for years the whole time and got me approved for what I needed AND SOME! I went to Title Bucks from Jacksonville , Fl. I had talked to two other title loan companies before Tracie answered from Title Bucks. She made it seem very easy and not complicated as everyone else had made it out to be.So on the way , getting off on exit 3 in Georgia , I passed 3 other title agencies , I didn't even think of stopping. I wanted to see and deal with Tracie. As expected , when I arrived , I was comfortable and ready to do business with Tracie. She made it quick and easy , and my vehicle was not brand new and in perfect shape. I called Tracie before making the hour drive and told her what i had and needed to borrow. She assured me she could help. I was in and out in about 30 minutes with a check for 200 more than i asked for. I also got a much lower interest rate for borrowing a hundred more. I highly recommend seeing Tracie at Title bucks. She is on point and makes a possibly difficult situation easy and I recommend them ....mostly Tracie to everyone i know.

Very helpful staff. I have been a customer for a few months and called for assistance as a family emergency happened unexpectedly. Tracie was very professional and helped me get back on track. She helped ease a very stressful situation into a great experience. I will definitely recommend this location to others!

They got me in and out, worked with me and got me the money I needed! All of the ladies in there were super nice. I worked with a lady named Kim but Sable and Taylor made me feel very welcomed as well. I've done a few title pawns in the past, Titlebucks is hands down the best place I have been to so far. They didn't kill me in interest and the customer service is definitely the best I have encountered so far. If you are in need of money and you need it quick, this is the place to go! I was in on the weekend to borrow money. Tracie told me I was approved for more if I needed it. My work truck broke down and so I'm back 5 days later but she has been so helpful very friendly and doesnt make you feel uncomfortable. Thanks Tracie you were great!!

Let me just say I never knew what the title pawn business was about I've always heard horror stories so as you could imagine I was a nervous wreck but I got into a bind I did research I am a "review" type of person so when I came across TitleBucks in Kingsland, Ga I read all of the positive things have been said and let me add that this Is all facts the ladies in the office just made me feel so comfortable from being greeted to walking me through the steps and educating me how to pay the loan back. The manager Tracie is beyond knowledgeable and I appreciate your sweet spirit ma'am. I will tell my friends and family to come see you. Blessings

Sable made the process so easy! She had me approved and helped me get the money need for my sons within 15 minutes. She is also courteous and helpful over the phone. Highly recommended. This location also can work with an electric title, all you need is the registration. A++++

The Manager Tracy at Title Buck in Georgia is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable of her job. I requested $2000 for my vehicle but the system only granted $400. Tracy's customer Service work ethics are so amazing, I choose to accept the lower payment. Tracy values me as a customer which made my decision easier, and I prefer to conduct business with a company (person) who cares.

Kim is amazing :) She is so great at what she does! She goes out of her way to make sure that each and every customer is completely taken care of. She gets me in and out the door as fast as she possibly can, which is really fast, while also getting everything done 100% accurately. She keeps me so well informed about any and all info I need to know about. I never even have to ask her any questions, because by the time I leave, she's already answered any questions I may or may not have had. She really is awesome! Highly recommend!!!

I had a great experience with Title Bucks. I was skeptical at first but everything was explained to me so I understood the process and felt comfortable going forward with the loan. The staff was very friendly and out going and made me feel welcomed. I highly recommend this place to anyone considerate doing a Title Loan.

Once you walk in, you will be greeted by the friendly staff members. They are always ready and willing to help you from the very start.
