Viva Capital Funding and their team is amazing! Anyone who has had to wait on a 30 day net payment knows the frustration of trying to run and grow a business, and having to wait on those payments. Their factoring services have allowed me to grow significantly in a very short amount of time. I no longer have to wait 30 plus days for my payments. This has allowed me to take on more projects, in less time and ultimately changed the trajectory of my business. On top of all that they have great customer service. Can't say enough good things about Viva!

I was introduced to Viva Capital Funding after multiple failed attempts to build a relationship with banks here in El Paso. Our business is very complex and required lots of energy and time from the bankers to understand how the business operated. As you can imagine it was more time and energy than the banks wanted to spend. Viva took the time to sit down with us, applied a common sense approach to our business. I had sign up with viva capital and was told that I may cancel within 90 days. After signing up I did further research & wanted to go with a different company. I was told okay by Viva Capital. Never a release letter was explained to me from them. Days went by & the other factoring company couldn't go forward with assisting me until I received such letter. I became frustrated with the situation & I gave in to let Viva Capital become my factoring company becauase it was difficult to cancel & I started working. After I realized there is a $250 first factoring fee on the paperwork I requested to cancel again & I need the release letter. Instead of a release letter I got an email stating thank you for moving forward with them & a list of all their benefits. I reached out again for the release letter & couldn't get a response via email or text. Today someone called me to make sure I was all set up & I explained that I needed a release letter. The gentleman said the company spent a lot of money to set me up. I explained again I didn't want to move forward. Finally he said okay give me 30 minutes & never called me back. I just called the underwriting team & was told I already signed a contract. After I explained again I didn't want to go forward they said a release letter will be sent & they didnt have any interest in arguing with me. I was politely trying to give my feedback or what my experience was. Instead they sounded frustrated & upset I wasn't moving forward with them. Never thought I would face challenges to cancel something that I was told I could. Please if you are using this company be sure you would like to work with them. Even if they say you can cancel within 3 months you will face challenges to get a rude response to get out of contract. They will treat you nice but the moment you want out it's like they can careless what you have to say.
