Never fails when I go in the store and I come out extremely happy and satisfied with the customer service. I always have a hard time online or talking to someone from customer support, it’s so frustrating dealing with them, to the point where I have to go in the store and resolve my problems in person. Today I went in and was assisted by Vanessa and I was extremely impressed by her customer service and resolved all my issues in a fast and punctual manner. I will definitely keep going in person and keep my business here at the store!:)

Walked in to the location and Beatriz Garcia was very very helpful. This was my first time taking out a loan and she took the time to walk me through the entire process and explained everything to me.
