Lost my car during covid pandemic, it was a hard time i lost my job and was broke. Didnt even have money for a phone so i was never able to contact them that i had lost my job. My car was repoed and was never given back my stuff, my birth certificate was in there I contacted them about threw weeks after to get info about the stuff in my car and they gave me a number to someone that never got back to me. I lost alot of valuable stuff in my car, aswell as my birthcertificate. Why would they repo me during such a hard time. Now im struggling much more and have a baby on the way thank you for making my life even harder should have never gone here Worst mistake And to top it off the car was way overpriced. If your a first time buyer go someplace else.

Awful place. Definitely go elsewhere. This is not the place to go to for a good vehicle. Filthy interior on most of their vehicles. They do not take care of the cars in their inventory. Can not trust the salespeople or managers at all. I dont even know how people can give this place anything higher than a one star. No matter how much you may like a vehicle here, do not waste time and go somewhere else.

Don't buy here. Especially if they finance you with fresh start finance. They have poor management, they will lock your vehicle with pass time for any reason they want. If pass time GPS system goes down you are out of luck. Your vehicle is locked. You have any questions feel free to email me.

Worst service you can get the manager Annette lacks so many manners. From basic Hagen in her work station to personal manners you can be talking to her and she is on her phone. No people skills whatsoever. She will tell one thing once you have the paper work she ask for and take it to her she changes her mind. Word of caution if you are going to use them to finance a car go and just talk to her that's what you will be dealing with total incompetence and no manners or respect.

Terrible, terrible, terrible!! They are quick to turn off your car when its not paid, but now that its paid off i'm having trouble with them removing the stupid sensor and getting my title!!!

Worst service I've ever experienced. My wife and I went to Viva Kia to try and purchase a vehicle. Fresh Start was able to approve us. At the time we got the vehicle, we both had jobs, I am a disabled veteran and am receiving disability benefits along with my GI Bill(more than enough money to make the car payment and insurance). We went to the dealership to get a full tank of gas and get the car washed like we were promised, while we were waiting they started talking to us about the bank(Fresh Start) saying that we needed to have jobs in order to complete the deal on the vehicle. We both recently lost our jobs(AFTER all contracts were signed) and Fresh Start is not accepting my sources of income(which is about $1900) and does not deem them acceptable to be able to make the payments. Needless to say, we left with no car AFTER ALL CONTRACTS HAVE BEEN SIGNED. Fresh Start is not a good place to business with, nor are they fair and their terms are not acceptable. No matter where we decided to do business, no matter what our credit scores are, we will not be doing business with them ever again.

Fresh start is very unprofessional. Payment was given on my account to have me paid until August. They turned off my car this month leaving me stranded in 103 degree heat i called them and supervisor refused to talk to me or call me back. They have no right to beable to do anyone luke that. My payment has always been made before due date the past 17 months. I would nwver go thriugh them again or recommend anyone to. Only put 1 star bc it will mot post if i dont but in reality they get 0

This place is terrible!!!! Don't buy anything here!!! Interest super high you'll never finish paying off your car. Manager very rude the viva on lee trevino. I give this place a big fat 0!!!!

Great vehicle options for in house financing. I didn't expect to see so much inventory available. Jonathan and Omar found my cousin a great mustang. Awesome experience.

Terrible customer service...the lock my car with GPS and no one could tell my why...manager is terrible too.
