My loan officer Greg was amazing! He helped make this loan process painless! Constant communication with me, during and after the close of my home! Victory Mortgage is so easy to do business with. When we reach out with questions before even committing to the process, our questions and concerns are addressed so quickly. We trust the information we receive and know that Greg is guiding us with the facts and allowing us to make the decision that is best for us. The process from A - Z is so seamless. We have closed with them for our initial mortgage from brand new build and then have since refinanced twice with the rate changes and couldn't recommend Greg and Victory Mortgage more.

Micheal Eberhardt is HORRIBLE! He is unprofessional and lacks the appropriate skills necessary to do his job. He approved a loan and made a HUGE mistake that cost my loan approval on my home build and then got angry at me for being in trouble with his bosses! Not only did he not get the problem fixed, none of the Victory Mortgage supervisors reached out to speak with me. And now my home is built and I have to find another company to work with for a loan approval! In the 11th hour!!! This has cost me thousands of dollars and the potential loss of my dream home. And his attitude was so blasé, that I was disgusted. I will NEVER recommend Victory Mortgage to anyone. And I will make sure that all of my realtor friends and all of their realtor friends know to stay away from this company for business.

Greg and his team was very helpful. They answered all my questions if Greg didn’t email me back, Joel the assistant did with Greg attached to the email. They made the process of building a home go smoothly. And my family and I are very grateful for that.

Greg Periatt is absolutely terrible. He refuses to call you back, and then gives you miss leading information when he does. Fischer Homes will tell you to use Victory because you get $2000. (They actually want you to use them because their owner also sets on Victory mortgages board) You do not get $2000. They pay their standard seller fees with money they promise you as a buyer. Stay away!

I have an excellent experience with Victory Mortgage. I worked with Greg Periatt when I bought my first and houses. He always answered all of my questions timely. The process is very straight forward. I still remember on closings day Greg informed me that he found a cheaper PMI for me which will save my money. I was very impressed with his commitment with customers.

Greg was exceptionally communicative and helpful throughout the process of securing our financing. Everything from the collecting of information/background detail to closing was uneventful, which is a great situation when purchasing a new home.
