From the very beginning, to the end of our refinancing process, Mr. Lewis was very thorough in explaining everything, telling us how things worked, what to expect next & laying out everything so we knew what was going on with our loan process & if we needed to do anything or submit anything else. He was always available to answer our questions or concerns & he was very understanding & friendly no matter what. He made us feel very comfortable & his personality is like a close friend you have known for a long time. Excellent people skills & complete knowledge of everything we asked. He is definitely on top of his game. He made us feel very at ease & comfortable with the whole process which can normally be stressful for a lot of people. The process started off great was was dealing with Tim Brack. Communicate was though email and he was very nice at first when we spoke on phone, this was a new experience for myself as Tim was informed! I forgot to sign a document and my perception from his email came across very abrupt he wasn’t helpful at explaining the full process so due to the snarky email we described to take business elsewhere from my own personal experience I wouldn’t recommend. I do feel training on Communication and the perception though email should looked into.

My husband and I applied for an equity loan. The first time we tried everything was going well until a student loan default hit my credit report just as we were ready for the appraisal be done. Courtnie Feebish guided me step by step in how to go about having the default removed. It took a few months, but as soon as it was removed, we were able to continue the process. I want to thank you Courtnie for answering all of my questions and always responding to my emails. You are greatly appreciated and a valuable asset for Carrington.

Mike Gale at Carrington Mortgage is amazing! When we first started talking, I had already figured that I wouldn't be refinancing my house because of several factors but I figured I'd see what he had to say. He worked it out where I could refinance into a 20-year conventional mortgage and out of the FHA. He was so supportive and in the beginning when I was dragging my feet trying to decide, he was following up consistently without being pushy. Because of him, I'm saving a whole lot of money and he made the process so easy that Carrington (and Mike) will have a lifetime client!

Got my loan refinance with all of my conditions met plus more. I am an existing customer who was looking to refinance and they where able to give me all of the information needed to begin the process.
