We had a great experience with Michael at Financial One. He took the time to explain the mortgage process to us in detail. I looked at several other mortgage brokers and Michael was the only one who took the time to get to know us and provide personalized advice right from the start. He got us a better rate than what we were expecting. Most importantly, he remained readily available to answer questions and help us along through the entire process. I don't think we would have received that kind of close personalized attention from a large corporate mortgage lender or bank. 100% would recommend.
