I worked with loan officer Mike Furnish to purchase my new construction home. I initially was approved with an FHA loan, but told him from the very beginning that I had a goal to convert to a conventional loan prior to closing. Mike worked with me for the 9 months that the home was being constructed and guided me on my journey to meet my goal. I am happy to say with following his direction I was able to meet my goal and flip to a conventional loan. He was very encouraging throughout the whole process! My experience with Victory Mortgage was great and their rates were competitive! I would highly recommend them; Mike Furnish in particular!

Mike was extremely easy to work with. He was able to walk us through each step of the process with compassion and eased all of our concerns. His direction and expert knowledge was exactly what we needed to learn and grow during the buying of a new construction home. Mike is truly the best mortgage loan officer we have ever worked with!

Great process and communication between Joy Ireland at Fisher Homes and Mike Furnish at Victory Mortgage. Joy shared the benefits with me on using Mike at Victory and the discounts I maybe eligible for during the selection process on our new condominium. Megan has been a wonderful officer to work with and responds promptly with as much information as possible. She also stepped up to help my sister when she expressed interest in buying as well during my process and has been great working with my entire family. Closing process was smooth and everything explained clearly.

Unfortunately, my experience was not as great as everyone else who has posted. My experience started off great, but before closing things took a drastic change. I had a conversation with Mike 3-4 weeks prior to closing regarding the amount of my down payment. Then, three days prior to closing I received the final documents to sign which showed a different cash to closing amount. Mike and I had a phone conversation and discovered that this was an over sight on his part. Mike apologized for the error and he advised that he would work on addressing this with the PMI company and see if cash to closing could be changed. He informed me that he would get back with me. I never heard back from Mike. At closing I asked if Mike would be joining in and I was told that there was a company party the night before and many of the employees needed to take the day off due to drinking too much. At the end of closing I was asked to complete two surveys regarding my experience with Victory Mortgage. I declined. I informed them that I would not complete a survey until my issue about being ignored was addressed. Chris was contacted and informed Kelsey that he needed to speak with Mike regarding the details. While Kelsey apologized for the mix up, Chris did not even bother to speak with me directly. Mike reached out to me later that Friday afternoon, but I declined the call. I reached out to him that following Monday and I have yet to be contacted. it has been one week since I returned Mike's call. I can understand the initial oversight, but I can not understand being dismissed.

Our experience with Traci Lynn (and Robin!) and the whole Victory Mortgage has been awesome from beginning to end. We first bought our house in 2019 and refinanced in 2022, both times with the same amazing team. They've been professional, informational and so pleasant to work with!
