We tried working with Tom Freppon to get pre approved for a loan. After sending him all our info I waited for a week and a half. We were patiently Waiting to hear back from him I had to call him back and the first couple times I couldn’t get a hold of him. When I did finally get a hold of him he said we were good to go to start looking for houses. He never sent any preappoval letter or anything. A week later I get a letter in the mail from Stockton saying that they need a few more items for the preapproval. I tried calling Tom several times and left several messages and never heard back. He has wasted a few a weeks of my time and I am going with another mortgage company
