Quick-Cash Inc. Lloyd Ave, Florence

I dont recommend them. Went in there yesterday, not so friendly bearded guy said they were not of value....within an hour both sold to another establishment as both being of value. This store seems too quick to rush you out and saying you have nothing of value to sell them....the one piece was even stamped......you may end up just wasting your time if you go here.....try other places first....friendlier service and success elsewhere locally.....

Caution!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! My 70 year old dad went in to the pawn shop looking at guitars about a month or so ago. Found a guitar that he believed was a good fit and decided to buy it. It was listed at 300$. Once he got home he was unable to really check it out and play it because he was in the middle of a move. So it sat in the corner as he was occupied with the tasks at hand. After the move he was able to check it out and try to play it. He had noticed the guitar was very low in tune so he started tightening it up. As he began to tune the guitar he noticed the bridge of this guitar was literally peeling up as he tightened the strings. It was tuned that low to hide the damage to the guitar! The people at the pawn shop took advantage of an old man with eyesight issues and sold him a lemon of a guitar! When i found out i confronted them about it they denied ever knowing anything about the damage and said he mustve done it when he was playing it even though i had explained he had no opportunity to even play.... They flat out said if it wasnt in the first two weeks they wouldnt touch it. I believe they got ripped off by someone else and then gave it to the next man rather than take the loss... Mind you my dad has a cats eye and is half blind so he couldnt notice easily. Hes extremely upset and depressed about it. Finally decides to indulge a little and get something for himself and he gets ripped off!?! Now the 300 dollar guitar he bought needing 200 dollars in repairs to even function properly is a CORNER ORNAMENT! Thanks quick cash you guys really lost a customer this time. Taking advantage of old men with eyesight problems is wrong. Ive never had any problems before but good lord. I hope they never get to rip anyone off ever again like this. Absolutely disgusting 👎 im extremely dissappinted in the way it was handled also. No morals whatsoever its sad 😔

I find Kimberly to be very professional dealing with customers at various locations of Quick-Cash. She is always cordial when offering knowledgeable assistance as a salesperson. She is more than willing to go the extra mile to ensure every customer understands pricing of the myriad of products. When I observe her working with a pawn customer she is very thorough in explaining all the nuances of pawning a particular item. She greets everyone with a beaming smile and is a credit to the company.

Absolutely the nicest employees at this location! I have been a customer for years and will continue to be for years to come. If anyone is looking for anything at a reasonable price check out the quick cash in Florence. You wont be disappointed😊

I use their services all the time and have for YEARS! Not a single time have I had a bad experience. Every single employee is amazing and so sweet! Their store is always super clean and welcoming...and they have such a wide variety of items. This is the ONLY place I will go to!

Kimberly is always fair and price no matter she has the right option and always ready to think right out of the box when when you need her help. Buy, selling, pawning she will give you more than fair.

Mitchell has always been more than helpful with all my pawn needs. buying and selling ! this man deserves employee of the year. Never have i had a bad experience when dealing with MItch!

This place offered me 100 bucks for 500 dollars worth of games. The guy didnt even speak to me just said no id give u a hundred and walked away. This place is nothing but a glorified dvd shop... They want brand new prices for tvs and computers. All in all just a bad experiance. They legit were charging 20 dollars over market price for a used tv... And many other products. This is not the place to go for pawning or buying.

I've been in this store (Florence) a lot. I don't know where the negative reviews come from but it has not been my experience at all. At the top of the great customer service list is Kimberly who always greets me with a big ,friendly smile that almost borders on a laugh. It's one of those sincere 'good to see you ' smiles. Usually followed by a little chit-chat and then proceeds to help me in a professional manner. She's great. And a tip of the hat goes to Bob who is an affable guy and who is super knowledgeable and gave me a great deal on a tool I was looking for. And it was in very good condition as most of their tools are, as opposed to some other pawn shops. Finally, I would be remiss if I didn't mention that the store is always clean, orderly and well lighted with the merchandise displayed appropriately. It's always been a good shopping experience, even if they presently don't have what I'm are looking for. They got my business!

These people make a living off of getting over on people. They capitalize on low balling people that are struggling and reselling for 10x what they buy for. I would never sell to them no matter what it was. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Came in mid quarantine looking for a firearm, at the time they didn’t have much to offer but Mitchell was very dedicated to helping me find exactly what I was looking for. After being unable to make a decision, he kept me up to date whenever new firearms became available. Excellent customer service I will be back to shop again!!

Horrible...... ive been doing business with the indiana store for years. I have spent so.... much money at this place over this time. A couple weeks ago I bought 2 diamond bracelets. The one as soon as i put it on i noticed the clasp was loose so i took it off so i wouldnt loose it. Once i had a day off took it up there they adjusted it and i thouggt all was well. Nope !!!! Next time I try to put it on Im at the house so not doing anything crazy about an hour later i feel something fall off me. The bracelet has broken in half. So i take it back up there again because ar this point i just wanted to return it. I dont want to have to get this fixed every time i put it on. Well.... they cant do that but what they can do it charge me to send it off to get fixed or... thet can buy it back for almost half of what i paid a couple weeks ago. When i leave and call another store to get in contact with management the guy at the florence store is no help at all. He claimed to be managment when he was on the phone but then told me he had no say. But yet the guy at the indiana store said that it was up to his management and walked in the back to call him. Really !?!?!?!?!?!? I am seriously regretting the amount of business ive done there over the years. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING THERE. If you do and you have issues your just sol.

Bob at the Florence store always make sure we get the best service. Whether its getting an extra $20 on a pawn to cover gas money or keeping the door open an extra 5 minutes in order to make my payment. Great guy!
