The Ashlee Kennedy State Farm Insurance was a great experience. I was greeted by an agent Maria Lopez and she was more than helpful and kind to address my concerns. Very enthusiastic and friendly. One of the best services I have ever received.

There is always an issue with Ashlee Kennedy State Farm. Policies accidentally canceled multiple times, paid in full upfront and told we’re all caught up and set only to be sent additional fees afterward, I was in a hit and run and it was the longest and most painstaking experience trying to get the issue resolved, plus a number of other issues. My family has multiple homes and vehicles with Ashlee Kennedy and we really liked the service we used to receive but ever since Chanteil left this branch, the service is sub-par; my father believes the service is sub-par due to the now young and inexperienced staff (Chanteil really was the best). My family is definitely going to remain with State Farm insurance, but we are switching agents; we can no longer bear the headaches caused from there always being a problem.
